I worked there as a fabricator, they were good with the diamond and emerald boards, even the basic lightsound was good, then they went to the newest "plug and play" assembly and they ruined it, now it would be better to buy cheap sabers from amazon, they treat employees like crap, supervisors are children, the owner is a narcissistic megalomaniac who could care less about quality or people. The whole comany is a failure at this point. Shop elsewhere.
You can literally get better sabers and blades on Temu that have twice as much functionality and are not even a fraction of the price. The price on Ultra Sabers may be "cheaper" than other sites by 20 or 30 bucks but it is FAR from worth it as the products are also cheaper in quality.
Blades are cheap and fall apart within an hour of use, if you get a mystery box you are also VERY LIKELY to receive used equipment at NEW OFF THE SHELF prices. You can even see this in their terms of service.

All of these, "mission statements" are simply false. You want repairs? You pay for it AND you have to fight them for WEEKS to get it done. They deem there isn't a problem? They ship it back, don't refund you, and you're stuck with busted gear. I got mine refunded eventually but like I said, IT WAS A STRUGGLE.
All sabers I purchased came off the shelf with nicks, dings, and scratches. Not just the ones i sent to repair. One of these sabers was 300 bucks and all the extra stylized knobs come lose and almost fall out after a single strike.
I love sparring, but I want to put the scratches and dings on my own weapon myself.
Chose ANYWHERE else. It will be worth the slightly extra cash LONG into the future.

It's alarming they have over a 4 on this site. Check them out on the BBB or other review sites that don't request verification and you'll see the past SEVERAL years all of these things have been the norm for Ultra Sabers.
There's an entire subreddit based on how BAD Ultra Sabers has become.
TLDR; Ultra sabers does not make awesome product, they do charge a high premium that undercuts competition by only a few extra bucks, their quality has drastically fallen since 2018, and their customer service feels more like going 8 rounds in a cage match.
It was good
Purchased 2 custom lightsabers at the NY ComicCon. During NYCC took it bad 2x for repairs. Also had to replace batteries multiple times in both sabers... maximum lifespan 1 hour.
My daughter accidentally(?) charged one of these lightsabers to my credit card. When I received the toy, I never, (and still haven't) opened the shipping container. They won't take back the toy and refund my money. Naked Greed on disply here. DO NOT buy anything from these people. Even if it's dodgy, you WILL NOT receive a refund.

Defective product and worst customer service ever. $200 light saber does not work. Customer support by email only. They have a short 3-day return window which will run out because they are slow to respond to emails. Different agents respond to emails without reading through the emails properly and keep asking you to repeat the same troubleshooting steps. It has been one week of emails and they still haven't agreed to replace the piece of junk they sent me. This is a borderline scam company.
I purchased a Saber from their website, under an advertised 50% off sale. A few days later, I get an email from a Brent, confirming details of my order and promising that it would get shipped as soon as possible. Today, I received an email from a Nichole, blaming a website glitch for the price that we contractually agreed to at time of purchase, demanding an additional payment. Her math skills are clearly flawed because she quoted me $192 total for the Saber I ordered, and even acknowledging the website glitch, the Saber I ordered should have only been $102. In addition, the additional payment that she was demanding did not account for the full amount of the payment we already submitted.
Ultrasabers, this is Breach of Contract, and False Advertising. Make it right.
The WORST customer service I have ever recieved in my life. Place an order for the SN Pixel DP Knight saber and it logs into my shop account last minute adding a Aeon V2 that was in my cart from years ago onto my order. I try to contact customer service to get this fixed to now answer, I go through their live chat which just tells me to email them. Fast forward a day later I'm told that they will remove the Aeon V2 from my order after I told them that I want to cancel my entire order. I email them back telling them I want to cancel my order and have to wait a whole nother day just for another response that basically just says "Sorry you want to cancel your order. Can I assist you with any changes or adjustments to your order and get this shipped quickly for you?" Then I decide, maybe I'll keep the Knight saber and tell them that they can just take the Aeon v2 off and I'll keep the Knight saber. Now I wait two days for a new response from a whole new customer support member. This one starts off horribly because she starts off by saying "Hello Conner," (which isn't my name and the other customer support member has been calling me by my actual name) and then tells me that I will be refunded in full for both sabers. Now I'm confused because I don't even know if they meant to email me this considering its a whole new person calling me a completely different name telling me that I will be fully refunded after just deciding that I'll take the knight saber. In the end I finally got my order cancelled in full and I will never be touch Ultrasabers ever again in my entire life.
Terrible experience, no built saber, takes 20% of your money no matter what. Poor customer service, won't return calls, only email and slow response time. Terrible!
I have ordered three lightsabers from this company. I will tell you my problems with all of them.
1. Initiate LE v4. At first, this saber was awesome, but the more I used it, the worse it got. After a bit of usage, I got the blade stuck in the hilt because the screw did not stop screwing in. Recently, the battery pack inside the saber fell out because the wires snapped. I am currently trying to send it back to the shop and get it fixed so I will see how that goes. If you are going to buy this lightsaber, I recommend that you be careful with the wires. 2. The Fallen (from Jedi: Fallen Order). Again, I really liked this lightsaber at first, but after a while, the guard things at the top of the lightsaber fell off. It turns out that they were glued on instead of screwed or welded. I tried multiple times to superglue them back on, but no matter what they kept falling off. I would not recommend this lightsaber. 3. The Third Sister LE. So far I have not had many problems with this saber, but I did unscrew this certain part of the lightsaber, and after that, the hilt was really shaky unless you tightened the thing, and kept getting shaky. Overall I would not recommend this company unless you are prepared for the problems listed above. I will not be buying from in the future. There are many other sites that give you better sabers for a lower price, for example, ally sabers.
My saber broke In a day not even my fault I barely even used it and the screw got stripped the wires stopped working and I got another one it broke as well and the first Saber I got broke again due to cheap wires, screws and other materials and all other good reviews are mostly bots I do not recommend buying unless you want them to break not even in less than 3 days.
I bought a diamond saber that is overall pretty nice, but I overlooked that they were running a sale for 50% off IF you put in the coupon code. I made the mistake, but most companies would work with a customer in this situation and at least offer some kind of compensation. I didn't even get a response from them when I emailed. Very disappointed I chose this company.
My package came so fast and quick. My favorite lightsaber and now I bought another lightsaber again.
Got a Sword Of Omens light saber. It was machined like crap. See through all connections and the hilt didn't line up with the guard at all. Also, the battery pack wouldn't come out to charge. Went back and forth with them and the end result was "well too bad". Damn near a grand down the drain. Think before you order.
When dueling my friends where the battery goes that part comes loose and it shuts off my saber, but other than that great product.
Great construction! The weight makes it easier to spin. It is very durable and holds up in a "fight."
You know before this I only ever had the force effects saber. Those are good but the things I don't like about them is they are too loud and they are kind of fragile. So I went to ultrasabers I made sure to get the dueling saber with the plastic strong enough to whack things. I went with the lowest quality light source and it's still brilliant and beautiful and extremely bright the saber looks full and saturated. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the battery pack was a little loose when I ordered mine but normally I feel it's held in place by the soundboard which I did not order a soundboard so I just stuffed a little foam in there and everything is fine. If you're looking for a saber I definitely recommend ultrasabers you can get exactly whatever color and style you want and it'll probably be cheaper than a lot of the pre-made to find on the internet and you'll know how strong it is. I personally like the old obi won handle with Qui-Gon colors. I think one more thing I would like to point out is that if any part on your saber brakes or you want your same saver to be your effects one and your dueling one you can buy all the parts and swap them out easy. I haven't seen other brands that made it this easy for the consumer to customize what they like about the saber even after they had bought it. If I had to give a final number I would give 10 out of 10 can't wait for my boy to grow up and pick his own to fight me with.
They both arrived on time, but one of them had something loose in it it still works for displaying which is what I primarily use it for
Highly recommend for the beghiner lightsaber enthusiast. Great blade amd is very durable, works in below freezing temputures and is great for Halloween
The quality of the saber overall is amazing because the lighting and soundboard really do make you feel like you are holding a lightsaber and it doesn't even have to be a neo pixel to accomplish this. Emory is a genius.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
