I have been calling and emailing them all year so far and have not received a response yet. There is no way to use the vacation package if I can't make a reservation!
The only way to get someone to respond to your emails or phone calls is to report them to the better business bureau. Back in 2019 when I first tried them out their customer service was better and actually semi-responsive so I was able to book part of my package (NOT THAT IT WAS ANYTHING SPECIAL…1 star cruise line and 2 star hotel/motels) but in recent years it's legitimately impossible to reach anyone so DO NOT BUY because you will not be able to book. You cannot book any portion without speaking to an agent (none of it is self-booking). Last time I spent months trying to reach someone and ended up reporting to BBB over shadiness. Someone from the company contacted me back so quickly and suddenly looked up my history of phone calls and emails claiming I didn't call the times I did so I showed proof of my phone bill (can you believe I even had to do that?) and then she claimed they must have had system issues…girl, I been contacting and leaving messages for months and you're going to argue with me that because you only have records of 6 out of 11 contact attempts (all of which went unanswered) that I shouldn't haven't reported the company? Gtfoh 0 contact attempts should go unanswered especially for a paid service. It's one thing to be lenient and understand with employee shortages but don't expect people to just throw their money away at you, you're not a charity.
One star rating is to much! Tried calling over 50 times and NO RESPONSE. No one returns my calls or messages. Can't book a vacation, cant even talk to someone. Is this even legit? I really just want my money back. Just give me a refund. You have not made good on any of your promises. 3 years later havent been able to use it once.
Purchased 1 week package approximately May 2020.
Now April 2021 they don't answer their phones.

We signed up for the vacation package and were promised a vacation in Ft. Lauderdale, Orlando, and a rental car as well as an 8 day dream week. So far, I have been attempting to make reservations and no one answers when you call Ultimate Rental Getaway and to make matters worse, the email and password they provided does not even allow us on the website. We are so disappointed in this "front" for a vacation and plan to sue for the $1196. 00 that they stole from us.
I was contacted by ultimate rental getaway by phone I was talked into the cruise. I did not hear that it was no refundable. After about an hour I tried to cancel. They refused so I was stuck with a trip I will never take. I was 79 years old with a hearing problem. If they call you, hang up!
My family and I are very happy with the above and beyond with this company, will be going on my next vacation thru them.

So I book my vacation, the customer service was awesome! I would recommend everyone to book there vacation through ultimate getaway. I paid and got what I want. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. Next year I will be booking my vacation with you guys!

I purchased this with the promise that I would be able to use this in Arizona or California. The salesman said I could find a 3 bedroom condo and use 2 weeks at a time to have my family reunion. The only property availabe is a two star hotel one room in Sparks Nevada, with California listed. The Arizona properties are only available the first week of July. 120 degrees in July no wonder these properties are available. I thought I could use this as last resort in Park City, yet again the lies continue, Park City availabilty cost the same as I would pay on any sale web site for these hotels. No resorts with Marriot or Hilton as promised.

As mentioned before purchasing destinations are based on availability a requires a 60-90 day advance notice. Depending on the property if they have a 1,2 or 3 bedroom available you are able to book however your vacation package is only for a party of 4 so your package would only book up to a 1 bed room that sleeps 4 people and for the week your looking at $309.00 total not per person. Marriott and Hilton was not a promised destination we have some properties that are Marriott and or Hilton there is other nice resorts as well that was mentioned again these are based on availability all packages are a mandatory 60-90 day advance notice for booking which you are not giving. You purchased in May and your looking to book in June, July is available because its the proper availability timing. We do have Park City available just not in June when your looking to book being this is not a 60 day notice. Also you stated that you can book on their main website for the same price this is not accurate. Normally the nightly rates are between $100.00-$300.00 per night.
What an amazing experience the package was very affordable and the customer service was excellent from beginning to end. I will definitely come back she refer orhers

I'd be highly suspicious of the 5-star reviews here. Most, if not all are fake. The one-star reviews are exactly what I experienced with this telemarketer. First, they start with promise of a free vacation. By the end, you're asked to pay $498 per person (x2). There are many promises about what you'll get, but if you pay in advance, you'll never have a way to ensure you're getting what you are supposed to and it will be too late to dispute with your credit card company. They'll tell you it will be a 5-star hotel, but when you get stuck in a run-down 2-star hotel (read the other reviews!) you'll be out of luck.
One other reviewer said he had to pay $150/pp port fees for the cruise. The cruise can be booked directly with the cruise line for as little as $139/pp! If you buy into this after reading the reviews here, it's your own fault.
Hello John you probably have been contacted by the wrong company Bahama Cruise line port fees range anywhere between $65.00 - $189.00 with promotion deals Fuel charges and tax are added on. On other website you may see them as low as $65.00 but that doesn't include any fuel charge and tax.
All promotions deals are discounted. Our company never offers a free vacation it is a free cruise where port charges are not covered. That will be the travelers responsibility which is told upfront. We offer an extended stay which is what you will pay but at a discounted price. All details are provided and it is up to all guest to decide if they would like the offer or not. The hotels that are use varies and will be provided by the actual cruise line fulfillment center. Our reviews are very much accurate. We understand we can not satisfy everyone but we do give it our best if we are given the opportunity to. All the 1 star reviews are not accurate but we have no control of that. You don't need to travel and can still write a review, anyone and for any reason can write a review. We are not the only company who offers promotion packages to Florida.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with this company. Im from Canada, traveled to Orlando for a week with my 6 year old daughter. Our first time traveling to Florida. The package my agent offered was very affordable. I thought Itd be expensive like other companies. She was very patient with me & understanding. I had 100 question and she answered every last one with a great sense of humor. Honestly best customer service. Best Vacation Ever!

Weeks ago. I spoke with Vanessa. She was very rude. I provided the confirmation to her that showed I owed an extra $200 on the package plus the port fees to schedule the cruise. WELL... she insisted it was $300. I said listen to the call.
I asked for a supervisor and she said the earliest they would get back to me was the next day.
I left a negative review on here and a guy called me within a half hour. Said they were right I owed 300 but if I removed the review he would do it for 200. So I removed the review and got another form that said I owed $200. I listened to the recording that said $200 but he said there is another lengthy recording he would email to me (never hit it)
Then he said he would have someone call back about scheduling the cruise the next day. I said not Vanessa she is rude.
Well no call the next day around 445 the day after I called got voicemail.
He called back and apologized he had a family thing. Said he would look for the cruise dates and call me back. Over a week later i got a call the dates I wanted were not avail. I gave him more dates 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call. My guess is Im out of the $298 I put up for this package. I will be contacting the BBB to file a complaint as I well.

I received a call from someone named "Judith" Judy was nice, however, she told me that these services were for a "free" vacation. I asked her how she got my number she did not have an honest direct answer. I asked her how long the call should take, she said 10 min, that was not true. 18 minutes later, Judy is still pressing through her script with these LIES. Long story short, the free vacation ended up being her trying to convince me to pay "498.00" for first guest and then another "498.00 for another guest. I told Judy that I had to go, she insisted on reading off of her script. Judy then insisted that I wait until she transferred the call to someone else for the rest of the call. I am guessing this was the master closer. Please be aware of these liars. The government does not do enough to protect consumers from these types of dishonest wolves. It is sad, but several of these companies prey on unsuspecting consumers. Please be careful. BEWARE. Take care.
This started with a call and I was very hesitant at first I normally don't do any business transaction over the phone but the sales rep did catch my attention... I gave it a try we are currently on vacation in Ft Lauderdal Florida and we are having a blast. I am thankful my family and I made it past the rain down here... it is 12noon we are on the beach we are heading to Orlando tomorrow for them park activities... I see you purchased this package back on July 22,2016, and you were given 3 years from that date to utilize it. Not only was the cruise purchased but you also purchased a land stay 6/5 night stay in Ft. Lauderdale Florida with a 7-day car rental and a bonus Dream Vacation Week. You mentioned you were not aware the package was none refundable however during verification when your package was reverified by our payment verification you never mentioned any concerns when they verified this is the final purchase. You used the word stuck however all of our packages are transferable to any family or friends if the package holder was unable to utilize it... This also was mentioned to you upon purchasing. We informed you after purchase yu will be receiving a follow up call form an agent to confirm you have received all emails and to answer any additional questions you might have had. A call was placed on July 23,2016, with no answer, and a message was left... another call was placed on July 24,2016, and agent Vanessa spoke to you this also was another opportunity to mention cancellation or any concerns with the package. On August 6,2016, you gave us a call to inform us you received the hard copy in the mail... We have no notes stating any medical issues like hard of hearing ect... for writing a review such as this one to alert others to beware of this company is by far wrong... If you needed an extension to your package that was expired on July 22,2019, an email or a call would have been greatly appreciated. Our goal is to please all of our clients if you did give us that opportunity then we could have to bend some rules regarding your medical hearing problem to ensure you remain a happy client.
