I had an extremely severe pain in my right foot, i.e., sciatica. Dr Raul Aguilar guided me through a variety of exercises in addition to several sessions of needling. The pain went away and even to this day (1 1/2 year later) there is no recurrence of this severe pain. He also helped me with carpal tunnel syndrome in my left hand via several exercises and the use of infrared light. I am extremely grateful to him.
