My first purchase was great they traded the item right after purchasing. The 2nd purchase of more items took a while. I sat in my server after they told me to go online. They took another 2 hours and still didn't show up by 4am I logged off and tried again the following day. They took about 30min to get but once they got in it was quick and fast...

Order with you many times but this time it didn't work out. There was a mistake on an order customer service offered an alternative. Over next three days and numerous chats in end just gave me a refund. Lost out on what I needed in my online game. I literally contacted them all day and even up to 5AM. And was let down. I understand being busy but getting strung along and just getting refunded... very disappointing
