The response from tophatter sucks, I have already did what they're asking me to do, if they had any idea of customer service they would have made a copy of my review and sent it to them. I did that with my 7" defective tablet a week ago and haven't heard from them since and don't expect too!

Some Of The Items I Bought Was Garbage. But Tophatter Always Made Things Right. If It Wasn't For Their Refunds I Wouldn't Be Shopping Anymore.
