I was searching a bunch of websites looking to get a toll free phone number and when I read www.tollfreenumber.org, their toll free number plans were the best priced and after the first 3 months of service I can say for certain that everything is great with this company - I am very happy with my choice.

SCAM
May 23, 2016

This company (tollfreenumber.org) is a SCAM. They are a sales affiliate company for COA Network. They will tell you that if you transfer your toll free number to them, that you will experience no down time as long as your exiting carrier does not disconnect your account before the move is complete.
We did the transfer process and our lines went dead. We then were able to get in touch with COA, (who is the company that handles the lines) and they explained the process and that our lines would be down for 7-10 days minimum but could be as long as 3 weeks.
COA was very nice and quickly reversed the transfer back to our existing carrier (Windstream / windstream.com) and they were able to have it back up within a few hours.
So if you are a company that relies on your phone lines, then don't switch carriers unless you have to.

I was very pleased to stumble across tollfreenumber.org after I called and spoke to a really sweet rep, Renee, who gave me all the info I needed and wasn't pushy about ordering. I told her I wasn't going to order right away anyway and she was great and patient with all my questions despite knowing she wasn't going to make a sale. I ended up ordering a few months later and another rep, Jenny, was just as delightful! The service is good and for $20 a month I get a ton of awesome features and lots of usage to be had. I highly recommend them!

HP PrintersTotal scam
February 9, 2021

I was trying to get a phone number for customer service for HP printers. I didn't realize that I was actually calling a person who was on this website that has nothing to do with HP. He wanted access to my laptop so he could look at my printer. He then popped up this "page" from my printer on my screen and claimed that my printer ip address was "compromised" and there were foreigners that were using my ip address. He said that he would have to install anti-virus software on my printer to fix it, & it would fix it, but it would cost me $99.99. I asked him why HP didn't put anti-virus software on their printers to prevent this & he said "because everybody doesn't need it". I told him he was full of $#*! and I wasn't going to pay him any money to fix my printer. He told me that if I didn't pay him, my printer would eventually quit working. I told him that if that happened, I'd throw it in the trash and go buy another one. I called him a liar and hung up. Then I looked at the information on my phone and realized that I hadn't called HP, I called a random person who had set up a toll free number on this web site to try to steal people's money. DON'T TRUST ANY PHONE NUMBERS YOU GET OFF THIS WEBSITE. THEY ARE MOST LIKELY SCAMS!
