Contacted customer service and that said that it is " normal wear and tear" and they do not refund or repair.
I find it hard to believe they knowingly sell poor quality constructed leather that by their own admission is not expected to last a year being used in the way it is intended, as a dog collar.

Do NOT but from this company. Look up he reviews on consumer affairs. They are notorious for sending the wrong items and not making the situation right and then want you to pay for the return or will only offer you a 10% refund. Horrible and fraudulent company

I purchased the Tiffany silver double chain bracelet with an inscribed heart for a friend's special birthday. A size medium was child sized and extremely flimsy. I had to pay extra to have it lengthened. What an embarrassment and disappointment.
I spoke to a few friends who had also purchased bracelets only to have the charms fall off within months.
First and last time for me!

I made an appointment to visit the westchester Tiffany store. I wanted to sit down with a proffessional to look at engagement rings. The Lady who helped me was clueless. Absolutely zero experience in diamonds rings. Just presented the rings and was just looking at us. All she had to say is " would you like to look at something else? I am in shock. No way am I giving my thousands of dollars to this store for this type of service. They lost me for ever.

Bought the blue bracelet with "please return" heart and after 8 months it broke (I think because of the heart, it was a perfect cut in the wire). Charged me 85.00 to fix it 40.00 for freight (both ways) and I paid 700.00 for it. Now I have got it back and the beads are strung so tightly together I can't even put it on my wrist because it's just straight now…WTF

We bought a wire ring, and bangle in 18 k white gold for our 20 years anniversary, but sadly my husband ring after wearing it for 6 months, it's discolored, it's turn to yellow. I brought the ring back to the store in San Diego to get it fix, they told me I have to pay $100 for repair. Why do I have to pay when it not our fault. The sale representative keeps saying I'm sorry, I can not do anything. I tried to email them, no response. It's very disappointed,

Brought for a 16th birthday the two heart necklace
Within 5 days had gone black not been swam or bathed in
Called up they said I need to get a cleaning kit
Had silver all my life first time ever that within a couple of days it's so discoloured.
Really poor!
Now in process of packing up then will have to wait for replacement!
Not a great gift at all wish we hadn't bought it!

I looked at "the great Tiffany's" website and all I have to say is that the website is complete garbage, the products all suck, $#*! I wouldn't even give any of that $#*! you have on there to my $#*!ing dog lmao! What a joke!

I called Tiffany because I needed some help regarding a missing piece from my Tiffany charm. I called costumer service and a lady called MELISSA was extremely helpful and kind. I would love to compliment her for the incredible help and kindness and give her 5 stars plus. Thank you Melissa!
