I found the site confusing. I got so many emails I wasn't even sure I had tickets. I don't like giving bad reviews but make your site simpler and more transparent. It took me a while to realize that I was not buying these tickets through Wind Creek but had been switched to a third party.
Not easy to use. Lots of e-mails but neither of then with the path to get the tickets. At this time I have the confirmation of purchase with my number and the money is out of my account, but nothing about the instructions to have the tickets with me. Terrible.
For me, it was not that easy to navigate. Not good with this digital ways of things. Not sure if I have tickets All kinds of e-mail plus insurance coverage. Still not sure if I have tickets for this show. Said I was confirmed, confirmed what? Not sure.
It seemed like a good idea... get tickets before you get there. But I never heard back from the ticket people... they said they would send them before the event. I flew to California, and tried to call the web site but they didn't respond. I went to the event... and they wouldn't let us in. We had to have a special number... and they tried to look up the number of the account that I had been sent, but couldn't find anything. They said is was a SCAM and that I bought tickets from the wrong people. We stood outside they whole time! AFTER I got home (the next week) there was an email that said "here are your tickets". It was sent the day of the event! I even bought the insurance they you insisted I should buy... but I don't know how to talk to anybody there, and don't know what to do with it. I think is was a SCAM after all. Never again!
My seller sent email that was canceled. Then he sent again and I was away from computer and couldn't accept fast enough. Then sent another email saying it was canceled. Long story short, after calls to my credit card to cancel and report fraud. I finally got another email about my tickets again. Too much of a hassle. Not very helpful.
Everything is good except for notification when my tickets are going to arrive. It should be noted that the email sent to check on ticket status does not work when you put in your confirmation number.
Pretty good for the most part, though the purchase didn't go through last night. Definitely made up for it by coincidentally having a discount available today.
I had better not have just bought 8 tickets :/
Thought I was on the venue site for limited tickets at twice the price.
Clicked "next" assuming there would be review page to see total charges. Nope! Confirmed adding another $150 for unidentified service charges. Called to cancel but told "No"! Very tricky and want my money back as not even sure these are real.
The electronic process was good but total rip off since venue sold tickets for $12 + $7 surcharge or $19 per ticket and you charged $50 per ticket and did not permit refunds. Won't use this ticketing service again.
They claim transparency, but their checkout process is not clear on just how much you'll be charged, so be prepared to pay nearly 3 times what you think you'll be paying for tickets, then get some bull crap PR response
