Of course, Amazon has to ruin everything they get their hands on. Box Office Mojo used to be a great site. I think IMDB and Amazon owned it before, but I think a few months ago, the whole site design changed for the worst. Was looking at box office information for Star Wars Rise of Skywalker and it was just unusable. All the franchise comparison information is now locked behind IMDB pro and much of what you could find on the site is probably easier to find on Google search.
Not sure why they are doing this other than out of pure greed. I used to love this site, now I don't ever go on it again. What a shame.
Excellent site for box office results. I often turn to this site to look up the box office earnings for the movies I am interested in. This site gives box office results as either daily results, weekly results, weekend results, monthly results, quarterly results, seasonal results, yearly results or all time results.
There is also an index listing that gives a list of movies according to A-Z, Studios, People, Genres, Franchises, Showdowns ( a list for comparing results between different movies), Academy Award winners over the years, and a list that contains the amount of theater counts for various movies that is sorted according to different years.
This site is awesome and there is also a message board that one can join also as well once one obtains an account with the site. This is really is a high quality and excellent movie database site. No disappointments here.
If I ever want to check any of the movie stats, earnings, ratings, everything is here, from the hottest movies of the current year to the earnings of the weekly estimates. The site is also quickly updating the information they give out, and, with there being as much useful information as there is, its all correct and updated to the most current of stats. Beats IMBD by my standards.
