Hook it into your keychain. Works great for your cell as long as you have a wifi connection of some sort. I've had problems hearing when it's upstairs and I'm downstairs but I'm hard of hearing so, if I don't hear it downstairs I just start heading up the steps and I'll hear it. Saves a lot of time going nuts, especially if I'm in a hurry.
The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the tone for finding your key chain is very low. Again I'm hard of hearing so maybe it's not that bad and I don't know it. But if I'm very close I'll hear it. It don't think they can improve on this because the "tile" is small enough to fit inconspicuously on your keychain. I requested it as a gift and am happy I did. Definitely worth the cost which is rather low.
While ordering their product for a Christmas gift, I had a typing error in my email address.
I reached out to a customer service rep who said that there was no record of my order and she would reorder it for me and have it sent. I received the new order. Several weeks later I received the initial order. There was no paperwork with this order or an identifying SO # that the company uses to identify orders. I was billed for both orders. When I called customer service, I was told there was no record of 2 orders, even though I was billed twice. I was told that I could return the additional product but would be required to pay for shipping which I declined to do. I spent a long time with this representative and got nowhere. I called my credit card company and put a stop payment on the second charge. My credit card company credited me with the amount. This month Tile, Inc. rebilled me for the item that they have no record of sending me. Their poor customer service continues. Avoid this company.
