Okay I just ordered one of my friends a ponytail palm - who knew that was a thing?! I love it! Always very cool new options of gifts.
Even though FedEx delayed one of my plants, they still arrived undamaged and healthy thanks to the great packaging from this store. The plants I buy at The Sill are always beautiful and healthy, and their customer service is top tier.

They boxes were delivered in good condition. The plants were good but a little banged up; lots of dirt on the bottom of the box as if they were maybe not handled the best way. The planters? I like the shape of all; the tan light color hate but nothing i can do since i am kipping the plant; the wood stand pretty wimpy. I am keeping my subscription and like my plants so not a 5 star but more like 3 up to 4 :). still will recomend the sill.
The reason I contacted them is because the app I was using to track the orders had incorrect tracking numbers, so I panicked. The Sill customer service rep contacted me immediately when they were back open to find out what was happening. I did received my orders, and I apologize to the customer service dept for sounding loony! Lol
Our daughter in law sent us a picture of your flowers upon arrival. They were brown and wilted. I was very embarrassed. I paid a lot of money for wilted flowers!
We have enjoyed our Money Tree plant we bought from The Sill a few years ago. We wanted to share this beautiful plant with our newlywed friends. The gold planter really sets off this beautiful plant!

I recently ordered 2 plants, both arrived in awesome shape. The only hiccup was that one plant arrived without the planter I ordered. I reached out and an order was placed to have the missing planter shipped. I appreciate the quick response to my concern.

I can say the plant that I ordered that was delivered to a friend was beautiful (so I am told). It arrived fairly timely. Other than that, I do not know what else to say. I can say this company has blown up my email box several times a day with advertising and asking me to leave a reviews. I will NOT be making any further purchases and I DEFINATELY will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know because of this constant barrage of emails. I hope this helps.
I had no problem with ordering or it being delivered. I don't know what is wrong with the plant but some of the leafs are curling and other one are looking discoloring. Also I didn't know how to contact you
I ordered two separate orders. One for my sister as a gift and one for myself. My sister's pot arrived broken and my tree arrived upside down. They fixed the pot immediately and sent her a new one.
This survey requested my response to my order. I have ordered two items, one which has arrived, and one which is not scheduled to arrive until December. Because the request did not differentiate between the two and merely said, have you received your order from the Sill I was reluctant to say yes, because of course, I haven't gotten the full order. However, to the extent that I have received the first part of the order, I am content with it. I was not going to respond at all because of the confusion of the question, but unfortunately, the survey request kept coming over and over and over and over again, and it was so annoying. I finally clicked on it so that I could take time out of my day to answer it. Thank you.
