We were worried about wind, but this tent stayed exactly where we set it up and didn't shift or shake at all, even in 30mph gusts. Amazing quality.
Super durable easy to put up we've used it for so many outdoor events and it stil looks brand new no rust no tearing just perfect.
Impressed by how strong it is! We had unexpected snow overnight, and the frame didn't even bend; not many tents can handle that kind of weight.
So happy with this tent. It really helped me out on Thanksgiving because it was actually raining outside. But the tent kept us dry, the heater kept us warm, and the lights kept us talking all night for an amazing night with amazing friends.

I write this understanding that Covid has created much difficulty for companies needing to supply and ship within the US. I also write having read their web pages on both shipping and the Covid situation. It still stands that I purchased a tent, the money was taken (for expedited shipping, as well), no confirmation or shipping has been indicated within the very specific timeline they give, and there is *nobody* on the ends of their live chat, phones, or email contacts.
They indicate they truly, really will ship a tent within a day of purchase. It says they may not get back to a customer quickly because they are working during Covid. But this late in the game, with ample time for vaccinations and adjusting to the new norm, the website should reflect reality and if they aren't responding to customers, they shouldn't be taking orders. Now I need to go through the process of finding out how to cancel when their website cancellation doesn't seem to work, and I need to find a replacement less than 2 weeks prior to my event.
Not working with them in the future. There is no way this kind of situation rates a high BBB score.
For six months of have tried calling their number and have always been told to leave a message and a representative would get to me. Still waiting. Emailed them at least 5 times and have never received a response back. I do not believe The Gazebo Store is still in business. I would not recommend them based off of their Customer Service.
Ordered a tent and got them on the phone immediately. After they got our money they never answer anything. Not email, phone or chat. They are a scam.
I am thorougly upset wtih this company. We ordered a tent which is meant to be placed outside of a school so the children can remain outdoors as much as possible in rainy weather. We ordered it and after more then a week, all of a sudden we get a credit back and a cancellation of the order. We have since written, phoned numerous times and noone has bothered to get back to us. Really disappointed - rated #1 in customer service, I'm not sure how possible.
I purchased 2 party tents that are 10 x 10. What I received was nothing like the pictures on the site. Complete garbage! The customer service is non existing and they do not do returns. A complete waste of $250.00 on garbage that a dollar store wouldn't sell! Stay away from these crooks!

I recently ordered a product from the gazebostore.com. Then followed up with prompt emails and tried calling several times to cancel the order. Once I finally was able to speak with someone they refuse to credit the shipping. Any respectable company should except responsible for very poor customer service. I would never use them again and will follow up with the BBB on this matter
Again, I have been contacting them only through email then it stop after I was told I will be refunded and they was sorry that I haven't received my tent from Fed Ex since Jan 31,2020. Fed ex finally gave me the tracking number which they sent back to the Gazebo store because they said package that I never received was damaged. Now Monday still waiting on my refund. This is a headache. I was told in the email that the phone are down and that why the haven't responded but this bogus., I'm starting think they are ripping people off. I paid $818.99 which includes extra for 1-5 day shipping and I have not yet to receive my money. This is unfortunate that you have customers that depend on your #1 rating and you this to them. I need my money and I need it like today. It took you seconds to get my money but forever to get the trust on your end. I did my part. I'm a business owner and you don't do customers that trust in you like this Ive left several emails and you just ignore them as if I did you wrong. Your the wrong one stop taking people's money that work hard to get it. So wrong. I need my money. I have all receipts, emails, tracking numbers, order number and all. Just give me what's due to me. Just waiting on my Full Refund in my Account before I say that this issue is resolved. It's not right
I ordered a 10x20 party tent that starts at $159, but added all the upgrades which then totaled $450+. I needed the tent for our Christmas party and paid the $100 expedite fee for 1 day delivery. The next day after ordering I received the Fedex tracking number and it reflected a 5 day delivery. I tired calling several times and sat on hold for what felt like forever. I left 2 voicemails throughout the day and sent a e-mail. It has been three days with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I give them 3 stars because the tent is great and exactly what I needed, but contacting them after the fact to get replacement parts is next to impossible and very time consuming. I hold on the phone and get pushed to voicemail, I've emailed every email they have with no responses. So time consuming! I love the product, but there is no service for their customers after the sale is through. After spending over $1,300 on a 16' x 26' canopy, I expected better service. Wished I had read the reviews prior to purchasing.
I ordered my tent for a birthday celebration and Georgia/Florida gameday. Needless to say, the very first day we put the tent up, it poured, and the canopy leaked from nearly every seam. We had to purchase visqueen to put over it to keep us dry. We also had problems with an entire side of the frame as 3 of the spring-loaded buttons were all jammed up inside the frame. We did manage to get 2 of the buttons fixed but ended up rigging the corner one with a screwdriver to keep in in place. I attempted contacting the company via email, and I have yet to hear back from them regarding their shoddy product. I guess, since they received my $$, that's all that matters. I'm thoroughly disgusted and would NOT recommend this product or company to anyone!
I ordered a tent 2 months ago. They did not contact me for a month and waited for me to reach out to them. After getting a refund on the order they didn't ship, I tried to order again because they said it was now in stock. That was 32 days ago. I spend the morning trying to reach them and no one responds to their live chat or voice mails. Looks like I'll have to spend time reaching out to my credit card company. There are a lot of vendors like grainger.com, hd-supply, and amazon that sell the same items - use them instead!
Shorty after placing order I realized I provided wrong shipping address. Party and billing address were different locations. Having just had major surgery I realized between inability to carry tent and recuperating at a different address that I had a problem. Called within an hour of placing order, sat on hold for long time, no answer. Left several messages on different voicemail prompts. Tried "chat", sent several emails. No response. I fee like this company is not operating in good faith. I am contesting charge with credit card company.
Answer: Have emailed and called multiple times to see what is going on at this point I will order from somewhere else the customer service is disgraceful
