I don't normally write reviews, but as I work in the customer service industry, I want to recognize and appreciate good customer service. There was a mistake on my recent order and I contacted support and within a day I had a response and a refund for extra charges. I really appreciated the quick response and friendly manner of their customer service person. I'm addicted to these shirts and my daughter is too! Love them! <3

I have purchased t-shirts from this website for a very long time. I have easily 20 I can think of right now. The quality of the shirt itself has gone down, which I can deal with, I suppose. But the way they are printing is terrible now. The images are just slapped on the shirt in the middle instead of being at the top of the shirt and sensibly sized. That is a style quality that I just cannot stand anymore. I have reordered shirts that had the image top centered and smaller originally - they are now just slapped in the middle and larger, like a cheap old t-shirt. Looks so bad. I guess my only source is going to be eBay'd older shirts now and that makes me really sad. I love the designs, but this is a terrible decision. To be blunt, the original smaller, top centered image is better for people with boobs.
I really love Tee Turtle. Whenever I have to speak with someone they are so friendly and helpful. And I love it when they have half price t-shirts!

Not only were there too many shirts to choose from, but the material and how easy it was to order felt great. You don't need much to make a site work and this site is perfect for its content and merch. I love it and will be ordering more again soon. I love them!

I ordered a purple glow in the dark reversible plushie on Black Friday for myself. I was partially hoping that it'd arrive by Christmas, but no show. I sent various emails back and forth between customer service and I've managed to get a full refund. It's been well over a month and, well, the package was supposed to arrive forever ago. At this point I've given up hope on waiting for it to arrive.
Staff is friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. But I'm still immensely disappointed since the plushie looked so cute and I was very excited to receive it. Oh well.

Took advantage of their sale as I've been hesitant given the bad reviews... all I can say is the 2 shirts are great, they run fairly large FYI, and the plushie is well loved already.
I know sometimes it's just luck. But for me, they were fine, and items arrived within 1.5 weeks of order.

I've seen a lot of hate for this site, and I believe it's not earned. I got my shirt on time, and they gave me constant updates about the package. The support team was nice and responded quickly, and I'm super happy with the quality of my shirt. Can't wait for another one :)
You can find the worst delivery system in TeeTurtle, not to say the worst customer service, writing you nice replies full of fancy meaningless words.
Definitively, I will never purchase anything again in this shop.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Seriously, order from redbubble or teepublic or anywhere else. This company is horrible. I ordered Christmas presents in the first week of November for my kids. Still have not received them so I contact the company and their bot email responds that one item is out of stock (something I was never told) and that the entire order will only ship once it's all complete. I have no option of cancelling the one item or of cancelling the whole thing. They are horrible to deal with, after multiple attempts I still can not get anyone to contact me. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
Awful. I ordered Oct. 22nd. I thought I'd get ahead of Christmas shopping, before Thanksgiving/Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the rush of December shipping, etc. It's now December 13th and my order is still 'unfullfilled'. One of the shirts I ordered went out of stock a month after I made the order. They refuse to refund the order. I have to wait for when they finally ship it, which will probably not be in time for Christmas in under 2 weeks, and then go ahead and do a return, and who knows how many more months that will be. I feel like I threw $60 straight into the toilet. I'll never order from this company again.
I placed an order for 3 shirts on July 8,2020. I knew one of the thirst would take about 5-6 weeks to ship since it was a new design. That seemed a bit long to me but given the COVID situation we were in, fine. Whatever. But they charged me for the full order without any promise of any shipments. Finally on September 17 after several e-mails, they were kind enough to send me the two they had in stock. Now in November, I'm still waiting on my third shirt. And through the past four months, they've had sales and new designs. This doesn't make sense to me—if they can't fulfill their pending orders, how are they have discounts so they can sell more product they don't have?
Just be prepared for some unnecessary drama.
