I am blown away by this service - such smart and helpful people- I was ready to go buy a new laptop as I thought mine was ruined forever and I had all of my work stuff on there. Rabih spent all weekend connecting with me and trying different things until it was fixed. Very reasonably priced too! I'm so grateful

Unable to retrieve emails nor unfreeze email account on computer. Justified charge if $102.40 for running a virus check on computer that was not infected in the first place.

Troy was the technician installed outlook 365 and transferred all information from outlook 2010.
Troy arrived at the appointment time and analyzed the outlook 2010 problems - advised this outlook was no longer supported.
Asked if he would install outlook 365 - he advised myself of the cost then proceeded with install.
Made sure everything was working before he left - 100% satisfied.

Computer died and Marwan came within a few hours of booking an appointment for the same day. Knowledgeable and efficient. Was so happy the computer is working again!

Marwan provided excellent service, very knowledgeable and gave many suggestions and ideas how I could speed up the lap top. Yes, I would recommend

I was very happy I went this outfit. They are professional, efficient and knowledgeable. As soon as you call the front desk to the tech coming to your home, you have a sense that you will be taken care of. Jay is the person who came to my place and he knows his stuff. And their pricing is great.

My son's Alienware R13 computer crashed at 4pm today and he had an online University exam at 8pm. Super stressful! My son is quite computer savvy but none of his trouble shooting worked. I found Techespresso through a Google search and by a stroke of good luck, there was a 6pm appointment open for a home visit. Marwan, the tech, arrived shortly after 6pm (crazy snow traffic today!) and within 45 minutes had my son's computer up and running (apparently an Alienware update caused the crash). The total cost $100 - best $100 I ever spent. I may not know anything about computers but this mom knows how to get things done!

Customer service is very good but sadly the tech sent to my job was not experienced in what I was asking. He attempted to resolve two of my issues (combining business and personal calendars and setting up my domain), but after an hour he was still clicking around and googling things, without anything completed. While i was not charge for the he spent searching for the resolution - I still feel compelled to write this review for others. If you are looking for basic work, setting up a printer or email, probably they would work but if you have something more advanced be aware.

Had an external hard drive I accidentally formatted. Was told that they would try to recover the files and if nothing could be recovered there would be no charge. Nothing was recovered. I fully expected to pay for mileage of the Tech, that isn't the issue. What I got back was an external drive that is now write protected. And what the Tech suggested was he would come back to take a look. At a cost of course. WTH. It would be cheaper to buy a new drive then to constantly pay for no work done. I do not recommend.

I contacted Techespresso to exchange a screen unit from my Macbook Pro. They guaranteed it could be done in under an hour, and it would be a matter of disassembling the defective one and putting another one in place. They sent two technicians who were literally following instructions from a manual on how to take the screen off. They tried for two hours with no success. When they finally did it, forcing things up a bit and replaced it with a new one, they realized it was the wrong color (they brought a regular grey, and my model was space grey). By installing a different screen unit, they ended up messing up with the notebook's logic board. A 600 dollars screen replacement ended up in having to buy a new computer. As talking to them on the phone (they have no office), they could not care less. Bottom line: they don't know what they are doing. Calgary has better professionals to take care of your mac.

I phoned Norton support because I couldn't get my Norton 360 software to work on my laptop. Ralph checked my laptop and quickly realized the problem was my computer had been hacked! I believe it was somewhere around 800 times! By Russians. Also my other computer had the same problem only worse. That was not good news. I asked him to fix it. It took him all night to remove all the active hacking files and Hackers and other problems on my two computers. I also obtained the highest security protection available which will protect my computers from ever being hacked again. Ralph was very patient and explained everything he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and put your mind at ease that everything was going to be okay. Thank you Ralph.
