I filed my taxes with them and I couldn't get a copy...

I filed my taxes with them and I couldn't get a copy of my federal or state kept printing out 1040EZ which I did not file and they wanted to charge for the printout of the state. I guess they will get there money no matter what they advertise. I will never use them again.
