Terrible customer service and shipping

Will the toy I ordered for my nephew ever arrive? I ordered it a month ago and it allegedly shipped more than 3 weeks ago. The tracking number they provided did not work. When I reached out to customer service they assured me it was on the way but would take 5-10 business days. They have refused to provide me with a working tracking number, and offered me a $10 coupon but I will never be buying anything from Daily Summit again. Looks like I'm out $70. I try to support stores other than Amazon but this sort of thing makes it hard to do, I just ordered a very similar toy on amazon which will arrive tomorrow, should have done that in the first place.

Defective Merchandise

I am not usually a writer of bad reviews but am making an exception. I ordered and received an inflatable pool float from Summit MX. It was received defective - split in a seam - NOT damaged in shipping. I contacted company and then jumped through hoops with photos and numerous emails before I was advised to return it at my cost. No prepaid shipping label provided. After more back and forth, including getting my credit card provider involved I was basically told it was my problem. The pool float went in the trash. One star is too generous for these people.

Not even close

I was shipped the incorrect item, an item I never would have ordered. I can only assume some other poor individual got my item. This is okay as mistakes happen. However, when I contacted them to send me a return label so I could exchange the item for what I ordered I was told they did not pay for return shipping and "I" would have to pay to return the item I never ordered. How about that! I ended up having to let my credit card company handle it. Forget these guys. Very poor management.

Purchase gone wrong

Spent $50 on a pore cleanser. Took 4 weeks to show up and it was a way lower grade one than in the pictures contacted and was told sorry no returns but I can get a $15 credit to purchase some more stuff. Disputed thru PayPal and was told I would have to pay to return and it's the sites discretion to process refund. Would have preferred buying through Amazon this companies practices are ridiculous. Never again

Bad customer service

My daughter placed an order without my permission. Within 5 minutes I explained what happened and canceled the order. Three days later I received an email stating that they shipped my order. I replied to the email explaining what happened. They responded stating that they could not stop shipment, but when I receive the items, I should email them and they would send me a return shipping label. This has been over 2 months! I have sent numerous emails and even left messages! They are the worst! DI NOT order from them! I'm out $60 because of their horrendous customer service!

Scam do not order

I bought a gift for a friend early November and haven't even seen it yet. I've been emailing and emailing and the only response I got was a tracking number Jan 11 that only said not found when I clicked on it emailed about it and haven't gotten a response.

Simply awful!

I ordered a pair of Comaxsun photochromic cycling glasses so I would have one pair of glasses for all types of lighting conditions. Eventually I received my order, but they sent me a pair with only regular gray lenses. I contacted support and instead of a reply I received a link to a return policy. After going back and forth several times I finally received a partial refund, after which I am still out almost $15.00. The product was not as advertised, service was terrible. I would give them negative stars if possible. Avoid this vendor!

Warning, don't order from this company, you will not receive the product you ordered or will you ever be able to reach a representative to help you. I contacted the BBB and they were unable to get a response as well.
