I bought two electric skateboards and straight out of the box one worked and one did not. I searched the site for information on how to return for a while and eventually accidentally found an article about it that requires you to first initiate an email. Then when you email and they respond, they don't give you an address and instructions for the return. Instead they want you to take a picture. I explained there is nothing outwardly obvious the picture will prove as it is likely an internal electrical problem that does not switch the board on. They told me to take a video. As they emailed back middle of the week I was too busy so they closed my ticket. So I would suggest to never buy anything thing from here.
I bought a 6-piece bed sheet set and the sheets came with multiple holes. I can not even use it because it causes the holes to get bigger. Shipping takes forever and store only has a 15 day return policy. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
I bought computer 2 month ago and it's not working now I keep sending them email they finally replay saying it's software issue... since they have not done dignostic how do they know. They just say 1 year warranty but that's a lie. So don't trust this site any more.
They don't ever ship your item, and then claim all sales are final so they don't have to cancel your order and refund your money. This is not CNN, but a company called

I want to buy a CNN On-air coffee mug. I live in Canada. I buy from U.S. businesses all the time with no problems. This vendor has the goods but won't ship to Canada. They are as useless as a comb to a bald-headed man.
Order some computer course in nov19. I wrote them at the end of Jan after I realized that they never sent it. They said that they had a 15 day period to file a refund. Well that all good but they never any type of information on shipping. Then they send the course in my email and then want to pay 200.00 for the course after I pay for courses. I will never order them again suggest you do not order from them.

On January 7,2021, I placed an order through the CNN Store for an item that i was really looking forward to getting. I paid via my credit card, which was charged. I will not order anything else from the CNN Store..
I thought the place was a legit place. Absolutely not. See the attached picture of how my new items arrived.
No sealed box. Just a zip lock bag with items stuffed into it.
I purchased a pack from this company. I was never able to validate the code that I was given, and there is no customer service! You can only send a message witch no one responds to. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
