Each time I book an appointment with them for laser hair removal few days before they are cancelling my appointment and being so busy they never have slots available near to the date. Now they don't even answer anymore so I can book or get a refund. No Results, No money, no answer from them.
Don't waste your money with such a "clinic".
Keep using the same excuse "one of the terapist has quit the job suddenly"
Shame so shame!
I am talking about all London Clinics cause all of them are cancelling appointments without notice or few days before suddenly.

Take your money to a professional company. They trap you to pay and never deliver. Currently going through court

There really ought to be minus stars because the owner of Skin HQ - Mr Haroon Danis - had done the same thing he has done in the past. He creates companies, steals people's money and then disappears, only to do the same thing again under a different company name. He has stolen my money and I am shocked and saddened at how many other people he has scammed not just now but in the past too. I have contacted him directly and hope to receive a reply. I have gotten nowhere trying to contact Skin HQ so I have gone to the source with the hopes that I can get some answers and get my hard earned money back!
