Silver Jeans Co.

This company has the worst customer service. Went to a store bought over 200. And was told, return with receipt/full refund. Did justly that for a couple items, and paid for the return (called the store and let them know the box was arriving, tracking number and original receipt) fed ex calls and states they are no longer in business.
I call the company, talk to Carrie and I'm apologized to profusely, because the cost I spent (now twice) to get it to the their warehouse. It arrived and they acknowledged this, and then they say you'll receive a gift card!
What?!?!?!
Even talking with Carrie, I'm told, you would have received your money back, if you'd returned it to the store.
Well THAT STORE IS CLOSED, (which they didn't even give the employees a fair notice!)
So don't buy from a dishonest company.one that is taking advantage of their consumers in a time like these.

I have ordered from here a few times. Shipping is always super quick. They have a great size guide to help make sure you find the right style and size to fit your body. I have had to return an item once and it took a longer time than I expected to get my refund (and only after I sent email follow up to see when it would be coming). They used to quite often have coupon codes for the entire site but now the majority of the promotions I receive are for certain items that are marked down. Overall, happy with the products with this site, my experience with customer service was a bit slow which is why I only rated 4 stars.

I have no experience with Silver stores, or their website, or anything like that. I bought a pair of men's Silver jeans from Men's Wearhouse and I love them. They have only a slight stretch to them, they feel durable, they fit perfectly, and I've had no issues with them at all. I didn't know anything about Silver prior to my purchase, and based on the ratings here I might not have bought them if I had seen them first... but since I didn't I'm reviewing to bump up their well deserved score.

These are my favorite brand of jeans. They are very comfortable and last a long time. After I get my normal wear out of them I transition them to work jeans. I'm a carpenter. So a pair lasts alot longer because of the great quality. $200 is a bargain for these jeans.
