Good experience

The phone i sent in the price was changed to reflect a locked device before it was tested by sell shark. If they would have checked they would have realized that this phone is fully unlocked. Too bad I receive thousands of phones weekly. This was my test sell before sending in hundreds of phones.

I have used the service previously many times over many years, and have had only flawless experiences with only some recent hiccups. I unfortunately did not document before photos of my laptop and when they pealed the screen protector it pulled off the anti-glare. So note to self to do that before hand to avoid issues as I don't know if this could have been avoided or not.

Their custom quotes seem like a neat feature, but I think they're still working through the logistics as its a much more nuanced process and they just started it. It's tricky to offer fair values for customized laptops, but mine only got a cursory look with way off values and only after i called to follow-up as they never got back to me. Looking forward to seeing this improve as the owner has taken the feedback I provided and said they are still focusing on improving the system, it was brand to new when I originally tried as far as I can tell.

Overall I would recommend them, and the owner is definitely proactive about reaching out if there are issues and welcomes feedback. They do take on the brunt of the risk by paying for shipping to receive items and to return them if you don't accept a counter offer and do their best to ensure a fair price.

A solid service, but like any, document your items before you send them off, and better to make sure any protective layers are removed unless they are physical cases you no longer need.

Disclosure: I have edited from my original 1 star Review because the owner was proactive about reaching out to me and took my feedback sincerely, he has earned my respect. My history with them over several years would have otherwise been nothing but 5 star reviews.
