Needs to be a Zero star rating! I am reporting your company to the BBB and posting this terrible experience on all my social media platforms (and I have a combined 9 million subscribers) to inform them of this experience, and not to use your services).
I asked for a supervisor to call me- but I never received a call
Belonged to 2 sites. Both sites started to stop streaming videos at around 30 minutes. Happened on both my computer through my ISP and on my phone using my data. Instead of trying to fix it or give me reason why it was happened, they just cancelled my subscriptions. I inquired twice and neither would tell me why they just cancelled instead of trying to fix the problem
I asked for a fairly simple, straightforward breakdown of the payment. Because what they are charging me is $3-$4 MORE than the site itself has outlined. It is VERY disconcerting that your Representatives have literally no idea how or why they are charging the amount they are. Inability to respond to such a simplistic inquiry, speaks to whether or not your actually trustworthy.
Was a bit nervous as I don't know how credits were authorised without my. Indent, I obviously pressed something, I called and without any delays I was reimbursed ahead of time they told me, spoke to an agent which was reassuring
I really don't want to give them even one star.

No live chat.
Just email and took forever to hear they are sorry took so long. My problem is never solved but they are gone again.
This is horrible.
There was an unauthorized charge on one of my cards that I do not use by this company. I don't know who this company is with. I have tried to reach out to customer service and within the last couple weeks they have still not responded to me or they keep sending an automated email to me, which is not helpful.
The log in user name and passport given to me keps being rejected at the website log-in page.
I contacted customer who claim the have a great customer service BUT it will take 48 hours! 48 hours later it been passed onto someone else to resolve the problem with another 48 hour wait.
Surely they could give new log-in details that work or give me a refund. It appears segpay have no customer service at all or competent technical staff.
It just a ticket to nowhere.
Very short reply just stating that they cannot help me. Unwilling to offer any alternative. Very disappointed in their level of customer service. There is no way that it is actually true that there isn't a way to refund at all
The most critical aspect for me as a consumer, who has the potential to do much more business with this entity, is customer service, in particular the ability to cancel, adjust or change a particular site membership, and Webpage exceeds in making this process easy and secure. Exceptional.

I received an answer from a Jerome. He doesn't seem very smart to me and only told me that the subscription is active and nothing more. Makes the impression of being quite $#*!ed.
