Ordered system on the 14th of July. Finally received on the 23rd of July via Fedex. The carrier had said I was getting delivery since the 17th, but no show. Hope service is not as bad. Hooking system up today and tomorrow.
I tried in my condo balcony but unfortunately it did not work and it took several attempts to finaly get it returned.
I've been taking a satellite phone with me on my off-road trips to Nevada and the Mojave desert since 2004. Being in a rural area, we had difficulty with a variety of internet, wifi. So many companies but no cell towers by us. We have a land line underground that the phone company says we need to pay to have it fixed. The internet wifi was terrible. We'll we got Starlink it is all connected and it is FANTASTIC. This company is easy to deal with. Thank you.
I called and ordered the starlink with mount. They charged me for prorated month of June from the day I ordered it. I received the box with the starlink and router etc. But the mount wasn't received for another. 5 days. So I could not install the starlink until I received all components. Then find the best place to mount it and run cable etc. The complete installation wasn't completed until June 23
Twice before, I purchased satellite Internet service that was substandard and ill suited for Internet connections. Starlink is the real deal as well as the quality service involved.Starlink components are well designed, connectability is much better than I have experienced in the pastand the service was very respectful and encouraging.
Had 4 days of offshore fishing and had been experiencing issues with charging my satellite phone. I've had the phone roughly a year. Called for help and got lectured by the sales/service rep after I told him I thought the battery should have lasted more than a year. He insisted I had charged the battery incorrectly. Decided to purchase a new battery, filled out the link that was sent so the order could be placed. Since I was going to be out of town, I had the battery shipped to one of the guys fishing with me. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery, since it was critical to have sat phone capability offshore. Never received the battery. Never received tracking information and never had sat phone capability in the boat. Eventually my brother called (who also has a sat phone) and asked if I ordered a battery because he had received the shipment at his house. Does anyone even look at the order form? I have 12 months on my contract and after that I'll find a different provider. It's important to note that I've been a customer for close to 4 years. My early experiences with customer service were unbelievable. It's been a steady decline since.

Yes a beginner looking for an off-grid or living the off grid dream and adventure with the number 1 value of being safe. To date looking back as a Safety Professional I look at Andrew Carnegie quote highlighting that quality is paramount and should be established before focusing solely on cost. Adding knowledge and understanding are also a value as with priorities they sometimes change but with values they are another thing they hardly ever change if at all. For me personally. Ordering was quick and easy. My issue is them not communicating that before they wiil ship the phone I the customer must verify the amount that they charged my account. I had to call them why my order was not shipped. So for future customers communicate to them that they have verify the charge before it gets shipped. Now the phone is not available to my daughters when they go to glacier national park trip. That is the reason I purchased the phone.
Very good so far! I experienced great service from Sue during the initial order. She was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have received my order in two FedEx deliveries and everything seems to be accounted for. I am anxious to get the system up and running. If I have trouble I will call tech support. I have 96% satellite availability at this time from my current location.
The packaging, picture instructions and customer support experience were all awesome. The set up was simple and worked beautifully. We were very impressed with the organized packaging and easy implementation of instructions. After my initial order, a customer service representative called and clarified my intended use and we made a minor modification to the original order which saved us time and hassle later on.

Have been buying small minute SIM cards for years for fishing trips in Canada. This time I places an order and received a call saying I bought the wrong plan. New total would be $238. Cars was to be in my possession by Thursday. The cars never arrived before trip to Canada. I asked to cancel the order with three of their assistant email addresses. No response to those messages and now I find it was just $238 for the minutes. It was also the original order amount of $200. $438 for minutes that I had successfully purchased in prior years for $200 or less. Still waiting for response to cancellation request and refund to credit card

WELL ITS HOOKED UP SAYS CONNECTED. DID ALL THE. THINGS... JUST CANT GET ACTIVATED. SO FRUSTRATING. I KEEP. GETTING EMAILS SAYING ACTICATE YOUR ACCOUNT BUT THHEN IT SAYS EMAIL NOT FOUND. I DO NOT WANT TO MAKE A NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT JUST. FOR STARLINK SO PLEASE GET THHIS FIGURED OUT OR JUST REFUND ME
