Customer service rep at sample source is extremely rude. I emailed them asking if by chance they had any extra samples to add to my spring box as it had 6 samples in it and I saw online that most others got up to 12, and the customer service rep replied with a very nasty email belittling me and bullying me. I simple "no" would have been more professional. Seems this same person who works there in customer service has been treating many others this way too, not sure why he/she hasn't been fired yet for unprofessionalism.

Fake 5 star reviews, just a spam site. You'll never get samples, but you will get a ton of calls and emails. You'll also get the rudest excuse of customer service.

Every 6 months they send me an email about samples. I havent gotten ANY in 4 years! The few minutes it takes to log in,it says, "We are sorry. We are out of stock". When I asked support why theyre always sending emails for samples they do not have,they were not helpful. They said "You need to be polite when writing us or unsubscribe." 🤣🤣🤣🤣 What a joke. When you call them out on emails for things they dont have,they say be polite. WOW. Very professional.

Samplesource is great. When there are samples available, they send you a short survey. Once you answer the questions and indicate your preferences, they send you samples and coupons you might be interested in and that might be relevant to you and your household. I've been introduced to new products and been reminded about old brands that I had forgotten about. Best of all, Samplesource has let me try some products that I had been curious about but hadn't wanted to spend money on before trying. (Eg. Affresh dishwasher and washing machine cleaner)

Sample source sends out samples of a different variety, with those samples are some coupons that other places just can't beat.

You get samples of things you might want to try. Gives you the opportunity to try something new for free so you don't have to buy it if you don't like it.

I haven't had any sample offerings from Sample Source in two years. I live in the United States. I check their website frequently. It always says Samples coming soon! But, there are no samples. Used to fill out the questionnaire, answer multiple choice questions. Afterward, many months later, I would get a Sample box with all or some of the samples I had ordered. Many times the floor cleaner would be spilled out all over everything in the box.
Wish I knew how everyone else is getting samples.

Sample source is great! I got a whole case of Lipton's iced tea for free! They sent me a coupon and I redeemed it at the store with no issues. The survey I filled out after was short and simple.

I had a great experience with SampleSource. It was easy to select the products to try. The products or coupons came right to my door. I received a helpful reminder email to review everything. I hope I get selected again!

Absolutely love to get my box from sample source. It gives me a taste of things that are new or different to me and I get to try them out and get coupons

Who doesn't love free stuff! Full size samples. I love sample source. And seasonally you get to pick your own samples.

My cats were very happy and pleased with this product so much I recently switched them to this product!

Sample source gives out great samples to consumers to try out. Whether it's for family or pets the samples are free. I have bought a lot of the sample products since it was sent to me.

Being what I jokingly refer to in being a "professional reviewer". I have dealt with MANY brands, representatives of products, sellers, inventors, you get the picture. Many offer much but either want positive or pro reviews, not honest presentable. Some promise extensively interactive product offers for less than ethical agreements, no use in continuing as to the negative, let's move on to the positive as in interaction within Sample Source. All upfront and simplistic in agreements. Great starter participation to start in media/consumer marketing. They very much do as they say & expect the same.
