Bull $#*! site stay away they keeping beating around the bush saying that and order was not paid and they cannot find it but we have the payapl receipt for proof of payment through paypal and the so called rep seem to be a moron and cannot give a strait answer though proof has been sent many time to show no going to paypal and report them as fraud. Stay away They cannot do as they promise and do not follow through! No one there to take care of a customer issues. Just the run around a trained monkey could have do a better job the so called customer service and issue chat! They seem to be trying to steal credit cards and accounts not provide a service.

I ordered a mount for WoW, I went to their Online Support to start the process to receive it. I got told that I they had none in stock and I would need to come back 12hrs from then. I come back and sat in their support for 6 hrs waiting to compete my order. I sent a message on their Facebook and Via E-mail, no response. Do not trust this website at all. It's also really sketchy how on their website they have nothing but "Good Review" But you won't find a single "Bad Review".

I placed an order with this site, and they stated my items would be delivered in a few hours. After the time was up, I opened a support chat to ask for an upadate, to which they said it would be delivered in a few more hours. The next morning, I opened another chat as it still had not been delivered, so they said it would be another 8 hours. 8 hours later, still no product. Opened another chat, and they didn't even respond. Just sat in the chat as I attempted to talk to them for a couple of hours. The next morning, I looked up return / refund policy, and opened up another chat to discuss it with them. Still no reply. Had to contact my credit card company to get them to refund me and open a complaint with the company to get the money back. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
