Worthless and reckless

They tried to replace my windshield on 6/10/2016 but could not seal the windshield which resulted in inaudible speech while driving over 50 mph. I asked for it to be sent to the dealer and have a rental waiting for me. They agreed but asked but wanted one more opportunity to repair and if they could not, they would pay the dodge dealer and my car rental. Well they arrived on 6/13/2016 and not only damaged the seal for my windshield but also broke my rear view mirror with the wiring harness. Now they are refusing to repair the damages and I have filed a vandalism claim... Safelight lifetime warranty is worthless and GEICO has no authority to do anything about it!
