This company uses cutting edge technologies and promises to help you grow your business with it. All that is fine, but they don't understand that business owners and managers should be given more assistance to understand the technology they have not had exposure to in the past.
When you talk to one of their customer service representatives, it becomes quite obvious that they are reading the solutions to problems on a computer screen. When you don't know the software you are selling, how can you expect the clients to manage it on their own? Pathetic!
