The return process involved their customer service department writing smug insulting emails when I asked to return a non conforming order. No one should be insulted this way. Terrible customer service. I am NOT going to give them any more business. When they send out the wrong product the least they could do is be professional about the return. Bought a new Tour Edge Driver less than 1 month ago from RockBottomGokf.com. Was told repeatedly verbally and by email that the club was covered by a 90 day playability guarantee. When i asked to return the club after less than 30 days, i was told that this model did not qualify and was worthless to the Company. The language cited was buried and NEVER disclosed at the time of sale. While the pricing and delivery are good, their insulting, disingenuous and probably illegal product representation, combined with inhumane customer service means that me and anyone i know will NEVER buy from them again.

Order two shorts, a polo, two gloves, and a divot tool. Tried the shorts and polos and were too big/baggy. Shorts fit like capris and shirt was baggy and uncomfortable. Requested a return and was dumbfounded. My total was 107.92. I was refunded 47.45 for two shorts and the polo. I was charged for shipping as well. So I ended up paying $60 for two gloves and a divot tool…. (mizuno glove $15.95, FJ gloves $11.95, Divot tool $8.64=$36.54. Where's the other $23.46 at?!? Total scam company do not order unless you are 100% sure the items you are buying are to keep.
We are happy to address your concerns although it did show the refund breakdown when you created the return. You ONLY created a return for 3 items out of the 6 items you purchased sir. Therefore you would only be refunded for the items you created the return for. Also if you opted to use our Prepaid UPS Label service that is a 9.99 fee as clearly indicated on the returns page you created the return label from and approved. Please refer to the return details page as it explained the costs right on that.
I just found out that magazine subscriptions are coming through rock bottom golf, via a purchase through them. Be careful, they didn't have my permission to do such a thing.

Bought a pair a Etonic golf shoes less than year ago. Top of shoe splitting open and feet getting wet. Though they have a one year warranty they won't pay for shipping to return the shoe (are they really going to analyze the shoes, as stated?). That's fine, but they should send a shipping label. That cost is about 50% of the cost of the shoe. Very disappointing to say the least. Shoes going to trash, as well as all advertising emails from Rock Bottom golf.
