I ordered from Rock Bottom Golf and revived my items in timely manner, one of my items was damaged in shipping. I called customer support and it was replaced no question asked all they were concerned about was my satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and buy from Rock Bottom Golf. I had a problem with a GPS watch that I purchased. Scott in customer service is the BEST he took care of my return label and once he saw it was being shipped back he sent a replacement watch which arrived in perfect shape. Scott was very informative on emails back and forth and gets 2 BIG thumbs up for all his Service. Thanks Scott!

My daughter and I were going to a two ladies scramble tournament, we like to dress the same. Rock bottom had ladies shirts buy one get on free. I ordered, it was same week as tournament, I took chance, and they were delivered before we had to leave. We were so excited and looked great!

I bought an item that did not work when it arrived. They promptly send me a replacement. It shipped quickly.

I've been a customer of Rockbottom Golf for a few years and always look at their deals in the emails. I got a great deal on two golf hats a few weeks ago. One was a Ben Hogan ($5.99) & the other was a Srixon ($11.99). They both were super good quality and would easily sell in pro shops for $20-$25 each. Yeah the shipping was $9.99, but hey, two great hats for about $26 & I had my choice of colors too. Can't beat that! Oh and they were delivered inside of a week, which was sooner than promised. Rockbottom Golf is a great place to shop.
