A square yard employee has approached me to help me solve my property-related issues with the builder. He said he will get this issue sorted for me within a week. He spent two months without a single outcome. He was asking for 5lac rupees to get the issue sorted out. We agreed saying once everything is resolved we will pay you. It is best to get a written agreement so noone can cheat anyone. He started asking little little amount at first to get the power of attorney. Pay rupees 10,000. We only paid him 5000. Turns out the power of attorney was never done and he blankly refused to pay the money back. When we approached his bosses, they said he left the company although he still goes to square yard gurugram once a week but they are not recovering the amount from him. Square yard and its emploees cannot never be trusted no matter how big or small amount it is.
