Publishing.ai

Like many publish companies, Publish.AI has ads on FaceBook.

They make it sound like their AI app does most of the content and book design, but then require extensive customer research and book design.

Also, their app can't adapt to a readable screen text size for sight impaired people on a PC laptop.

When I twice asked for a refund several people persuaded me that they required me to publish one book before asking for a refund. With my poor sight that was impossible. Finally after threatening them, I was refunded.

They will never have my business again.
