I created two designs for shirts for my church. The quality of these transfers were amazing. And the fast turnaround time made it even better. I already have another order in the works. So happy I found this site!
We have used this company for years, but in the last year they have really gotten bad. We are not a small account (Spent over $7k with them in 2022). Their art department has gone downhill with pieces missing from designs on proofs, colors not matching, adding outlines to things that don't need it, etc. This area of the company does not pay attention to detail or proof their own stuff before sending it out. They make errors and then you have to pay for expedited shipping to get it on time. We have a 3 strikes and you are out rule, their 3rd strike almost cost us a business and left us footing the bill for expedited shipping and overtime pay for our employees because of their errors. We are currently testing other companies and do not recommend them at this time.
First time I ordered my print the submitted design was altered. I did not notice it during and approved it. My fault, but art get altered and that sucks, especially if you already have a designed logo. One print came is a larger than required box. Box was mashed but no harm to print.
So I took it on the chin, and made another order same results but this time I thoroughly check the design and had it corrected. Once again the print is in a larger box with nothing but one print. Box is smashed up badly and my print was crumpled up. Like why would place this one print is a large box. Heck the samples given were in better packaging why not what I paid for. Oh! And the kicker is it is $11 to ship what is equivalent to a sheet of paper. That makes it worse. So I am out $40+, they asked if I wanted a refund or a print and I was so upset with the experience I denied it. Should have gave me a refund anyway for my trouble but that is not what this company cares about.
I've been ordering vinyls from this company for years. They're the best, always very professional quick and responsive. Reasonable prices. They even used to send Swedish fish candy in their packages. So great!
I've been buying pro world sublimation blanks over the last few months. Everything is excellent. They send detailed instructions per Blank to help the user along.
They also have some unusual sublimation blanks like pot holders that are so cute and that I've never seen anywhere else. Everything arrives in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to buy blanks from them.
Thank you for your product I've never been disappointed with anything that I've ordered as a matter fact I'm getting ready to order some more. Also thank you for the brochure that had all the color swatches it will be a very much benefit in my coming projects. Mark Madison
Customer service and delivery are awesome. Selections are great. Just in need of more ethnic selections. The only one available for purchase has been back ordered for weeks. Otherwise love this company.
I've only had a small heat press from Amazon, but slowly I kept getting bigger orders and I needed a more reliable and better and sturdier heat press. I came across transpro and I couldn't be any happier with my 1620 heat press purchase.
These sheets are perfect for photo transfers, or whole-sheet transfers, but do require cutting if you're not looking for the film left in empty spaces. Definitely need to cut the left-over with dark colors b/c it leaves a white film, but that's with any kind of ij paper. All in all: They're easy to use, press beautifully, and produce a great pic on tees! I LOVE them and will order again! Excellent ink-jet transfer paper!
I purchase from Proworld first because they offer local pick up, second because they have everything a create or small business could want or need. Customer service is to notch, always received a response from inquiries in a timely manner. Always helpful. Employees show case new products and product lines with social media, video tutorials and written directions. They carry cutting edge technology, tools, supplies and always within budget. This is something that should have been done with your first order.
