Got code promptly
March 25, 2010

Got code promptly - didn't work 3 emails later and a paypal dispute lodged - no reply. Paypal finally refunded the money 2 days after escalation suggesting they have had dealings before and didn't have to think about it very hard

Buyer Beware!
December 23, 2017

I bought 2 Xbox live codes. Both worked at first and now after year expired I put in second and already been redeemed. Quentin's response was, "There's nothing further i can do here. The code was used after you received it and i've looked at our database and the code was never sent to a second user."

Now I'm out of the money for one card. You would think they would refund the money to have good customer support and company reputation. Will NOT be buying from them again.

The best part about this website is the instant delivery upon purchasing their products. Not only are their prices lower than other stores, they provide delivery of your code instantly (electronically) and that way you can stay in the comfort of your own home rather than going to a Best Buy where prices are higher and you have to leave your house.

Fraud!
June 14, 2017

DO NOT order from this company. They tell you that you will get an instant code but it will take them 8 hours to send you a code that has already been redeemed. Then it will take them several more hours to send you another code, that guess what? Has already been redeemed. It took three codes before I have a valid code to redeem. And you know what 'Quentin' told me on the last message? "The most recent code that was emailed is checked and valid and not used." Wouldn't they have all been checked for validity before being sent to the customer? They are running some kind of fraud or scam, I am sure. Spend the extra $6 and order on Amazon. Believe me, it is not worth the hassle!

I think its really cool. You can order xbox codes which are emailed instead of shipped and most of them are cheaper then retail. I havnt made a purchase with them yet but im guessing i might very soon

This site states they email immediately but they do not. This is the only reason I ordered from them. So after I complain I receive a phone call asking if I still want the code, obviously yes, I paid you for it. So a couple minutes later I receive an email with the code... its invalid. So of course, I email again complaining and no reply. I call their number and no one will pick up.

DO NOT BUY FROM GETXBOXCODES.COM!

SCAM! Beware Buyers
April 3, 2017

I ordered an xbox gift card. Then they hold the order to review -it's ok since I'm new customer- but they didn't review or even respond to messages. Beware buyers, it is scam.

This site, to start off, is an excellent site. It offers all the things to have a complete Xbox LIVE experience. They sell Xbox Live subscriptions and Microsoft Points. They also sell Xbox Live headsets. The good thing about this site is not that they sell Xbox LIVE stuff, the good thing is that they sell it for cheaper than Retail Microsoft Prices. They offer Xbox Live codes for Europe and United States. If you are about to run out of XBL, or want more, you should really check out this site!

Most of the reviews here are here because they're entries into a prize competition on the getxboxcodes.com site, and only people who post reviews on SiteJabber can take part. For all I know this could be a wonderful xbox 360 resource, but as SJ is about transparency, not solicitation, I can only give this a MEH for not being up front about what it's doing from the start.

You'll have to visit this one for yourself and decide if it rates better. It's not the site I mind, it's the methods.
