I ordered the deluxe bimini top for my pontoon boat but was shipped the economy top of the same color. When I commented back to them that I wished that it had snaps on the front and back, they picked up on it immediately. We emailed back and forth, and they verified that they mistakenly sent the wrong one. Since they were sold out of the Deluxe top in my color, they offered several options to me. I took the option of holding onto and using the economy top while they obtained a replacement Deluxe top. I am impressed by their above and beyond willingness to make things right by me.
