No Way! The website is very misleading. Check this out: "If you chose to cancel your account within the 5 day trial period the amount above is the only amount you will be billed. Afterward you will be charged $19,95 per month until you cancel". Do you see this as an "opt out?".
I wanted a "one time only" search. I was agreeing to $2.95 ONLY. I checked the box, and they billed me $29.95! Where does it say I authorize that amount? When I wrote them and called them, yes they refunded me; after I'd told them they'd been reported to various consumer advocates, including my state attorney general. They told me in no uncertain terms that my "agreement with Paypal authorized them to repeat charges for an ongoing subscription, and that I should take it up with Paypal". PayPal is in NO WAY authorizing this!. They lie, they change the website frequently, and the terms are in no way clearly spelled out. BEWARE, the information they provide is very wrong, very available for free elsewhere, it is a total scam. I dont believe any positive review for them unless its been submitted by an employee of the company!.
