This company is pure scam! They have completely made it impossible for me to log into my account! When I try to log in, there comes "intelligent verification", whereby you are supposed to drag a shape into a particular place, but you can never do it quick enough! It simply comes with "timeout"! So, I have got assets maybe worth a thousand pounds but couldn't access it! B E L L G U A R D I N G đø: ŧ ȼø: m̷ was there and stood for me to clear the pending issue thanks to them. Scammers! Avoid!

Very upset, I ordered my son prom suit, received an email stating I'd receive it in 1-3 business days (that was over a week ago) Today I received an email stating they no longer had the suit in stock, which makes no sense because they allowed me to order it. I'd never order from this company again!

Purchased a tuxedo for a wedding. Shipping and size were fine but the pants are completely see through with poor quality. They are so sheer you can see every inch of the underwear. They will not exchange or accommodate the buyer and will send generic messages when you inquire or inform them of their quality. All sales final is what they will use as an excuse not to refund or exchange. Buyer beware this company is fraudulent and items are not the same as advertised. Mel corresponded on several occasions by email and each time the blame has been shifted. They rip their customers off and then say they were already charging 50% off the final price. Sure would have been believable if the fabric was not already cheap. I have had doll clothes made of better quality material.

This online clothing store has a constant and persistent focus that allows you to do my shopping from home. If you do not want the product you have ordered, return and refund are part of the service. A large percentage of clothing is polyester fabric, but I have found that if you read the product information carefully, they also have shirts that are available in cotton and linen fabric. Casual shirts like pants can be a very good buy.

I ordered my son a tuxedo jacket on 04/09/22 for his prom on 04/23/22. I paid for 3-5 day shipping so that I would have time to get accessories before the prom. Can't get anyone on the phone so I emailed them on 04/15/22 to inquire about my order. I received an email from Mel stating the shipping department confirmed delivery on Wednesday 04/20/22. Still no jacket!. Looking at the status per their website, my order has yet to be fulfilled! Now, I will have to scramble to find my son a jacket for Saturday. Really frustrated!

Purchase a Shaw lapel ivory colored tux online for a upcoming wedding in November. When it was delivered the tux wasn't the color it appealed to look online. The lapel was suppose to be ivory but it was a champagne color which didn't match the wedding colors. I returned the tux within the 14 day period allotted on the return policy. I waited 7 to 10 business days to revived refund as stated in the return policy. I NEVER GOT A REFUND. I tried contacted by phone numerous times, the automated voicemail stated that the customer service hours are from 10a-2p Monday-Friday but when I called between those hours and still never got anyone on the phone. The only contact was through email. That sucks because I have to wait days for a response after sending several emails. STILL NO REFUND AND ITS BEEN 32 days.
I would highly recommended buying from another company.

Fabric they used, I don't know how but it gives immense comfort. Like I can't even think of earlier that wearing tuxedos can be that comfortable.

Shirt was ill fitting, unfavorable material, and customer service was not friendly. Return window time got away from me as I've been planning a wedding and working full time, and they refused to exchange the shirt. I would never return business to this company. You've been warned.

This site had EVERYTHING I wanted. Better(and cheaper) than going to Mens Warehouse. Love the variety and my sizes were readily available! The suit arrived in two days perfectly boxed. The quality was amazing. I'm excited to wear this at my wedding. My only complaint is I needed a larger size. They have made this easy to return and get a larger size though. Thank you.
