They sold me a paysafe card paysafecard Pros the funds because they said that it was a bogus pen and now they won't get involved even though they sold me the product beware do not buy from these people they don't stand by what they sell they are scammers

Long story short. There I was a wannabe gamer from Europe. I purchased a PlayStation Network voucher for more than 50$.
And guess what happened? I got robbed.
How?
Quite easy, they sent me a code that has already been redeemed.

So, when I contacted customer service(but I will skip the part on how bad it was), multiple emails, also I contacted PSN support. Nothing, go home and play with toys, but we will not trie to fix it.
And this is how my story ends. No money, no games. Just reality :/

I've bought 10 cards over 2 years from this website and its surprises me with every purchase, the soonest you make the purchase you will get your code in seconds via email, good service, one time i had an issue with a code and they replace it for me in the same day.

So far my 4 years of experience with this website has been good. Despite some issues with payments not going through in time, delay when it comes to clicking certain options, It still does exactly what it's intended to do.

And the customer service team are quick to respond. Which is a bonus!

I tried to purchase a gift card recently. After I paid they tried to verify my phone number, which worked. Afterwards it asked me via phone for my name and full address, which I gave them. The order was automatically cancelled after 30 minutes and they kept my money for several days afterwards.

I left a negative trustpilot review which they claimed was false as I have never bought anything there?! Denial is not a way to handle feedback. I'd strongly advise against a purchasing anything here.

This site does have a stringent security setup that proves rather frustrating as a new customer, but their effort is appreciated.

I could get American codes from outside the US, which is often hard since other places require an American billing address, or just won't activate them for people trying to buy from another country. The process was fast and simple. I recommend it if you need codes from different countries.

I have used PC Game Supply over the past 12 years and have only had one problem in all my many purchases. 1 out of over 100 is not bad at all. Added to that, the single problem was sorted out within a day. I recommend their services highly.

I tried to buy a digital Apple Play Card as a gift for a friend's birthday. I used Paypal as suggested. After they got my name, phone number, home address and Paypal authorization, I got an email saying "we were unable to process your payment and deliver your order." Paypal had already authorized the payment and I have never had a problem paying anything with Paypal. I feel like this was just in order to get all of my information for future scams or spam.
