It is hard to write a negative review about a company that I have done good business with but I want to be honest. 2 Stars, seams tough, but its a fair review. The products are quality, the selection is impressive, and when I see the company at events (Dragon Con, Momo Con, etc...) they are friendly and helpful. But the online experience. WOW not good. I wanted to order a custom piece, I wanted to see the fabric side by side before purchase. Told they could not do this. Which is weird cause at conventions they bend over backwards to help you select the best colour combination. But again the online experience just felt like they did not want to do business with me. As if they were pushing me to buy an off the shelf piece and not to help me create a unique piece. It left a bad enough feeling that I am writing this review. Saying if you can buy direct, at a con, you will have a good experience. But online. I'd just wait or find someone else to do business with. Very disappointed.

Pawstar is a site where you can order Furry Cosplay gear such as ears, tails, paws (gloves, arm warmers), hoodies and other neat little accessories. They are rather cheap compared to other sites that sell similar items, and the customer service is quick to respond to your questions.

All items are made to order, this allows for HUGE customization as to what color you want, but it can take several weeks to receive your said item, but you can count on the item being new and well made.

I ordered something from pawstar that said it would take between three to four weeks to be made, but was completed in two weeks and was shipped to me in only a few days! The quality is very good, the fur they use is very soft and i am very pleased with my order

I ordered a rather large order of 2 hat ears, 1 lion ears, 1 shoulder fur vest, and 4 tails.
Now the vest/ ears I could not be more happy with and absolutely love them.
They tails are loved too but I had one complaint about them. I wear them everyday, have not even had them a yr yet and all the stuffing somehow went to the bottom of the tail. I am considering restuffing them myself. I did notice it happening 2 weeks after I got them. Not sure if its because I wear the lion one every day or not. I compared it to one i made a while back and the Lion tail I made is 4 yrs old and the stuffing never did that. Maybe its the brand? Other then that, the quality is really good. Worse comes to worse, you can restuff these bad boys. But if your a constant tail wearer like me, you will need to add stuffing, one more good thing is, even though I wear em every day, they don't seem to matt, so pretty good for only having one thing to complain about.
