This store discriminates against people with legitimate health conditions. Those who cannot physically wear a mask are forced to leave. I will not support a business that is completely ignorant to the laws set in place that prohibit disability discrimination. The ADA requires "reasonable modifications" of policies, practices, or procedures, such as the face mask rule, when necessary to provide goods and services to individuals with disabilities.

Asking me to wear a mask after expressing clearly that I am unable to do so, was a very ignorant suggestion without a valid solution. I shop in different stores in Hillsborough County frequently and no other business has ever asked me to leave, as they know it's unlawful to discriminate against consumers with medical conditions.

The owner of this location should have educated herself on these legal matters before forcing a faithful customer to leave without grounds to do so. For a used clothing store, the curbside pickup option for those who cannot "comply" is a joke. Why would anyone want their staff to pick out their children's clothing for them?

Currently no measures to right the wrong have been made on their end.
