This is my third items gone/removed from the game due to detected as DUPE or obtained illegally items.

The items purchased from them isn't instantaneously removed, It takes 1 or 2 months after purchased and suddenly gone due to slow detecting progress.
I cant claim and get refund because it told me that the order has been completed more than 1 months ago.

I think i lost more than $50 in total from buying items from this website and there is nothing i can do.

Purchased an account for $400 they claim they can't release the original email so that they can help us recover the account in the event it is hacked... Okay whatever... Sure enough 1 year later i log in to my account & everything is gone. Password isn't changed... I contact them... They change the password for me. Another 6 months later. Again hacked. I contact them for some kind of resolution of either releasing the freaking email or giving me a refund+ all the hours I put in to the account... 4 days now they have ghosted me. No response. Stay away from these guys

I read all these horrible reviews before purchasing, yet I still decided to make a purchase from this website despite the negative reviews.

I purchased only 2K Roblox Robux to test the waters, made immediate payment, and just like the other reviewers said, I was told "no stock" nothing more, nothing less. Then they ignored any others attempts to contact them.

I submitted a Paypal dispute and eventually got my money back. I suppose they get away with stealing your money depending on what way you pay, or whether you bother trying to recover it.

I knew better but still did it. I guess it all comes down to the old saying, "if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't true"

These 5 star reviews are all typed with the same messy structure and littered with awkward commas. It's obvious someone from okaygoods is making fake accounts and leaving these reviews.

This company is a scam. I spent $50 for an ingame item and after the transaction went through, I was sent an email requesting more personal information from me. I was told that they needed a picture of either my driver's license, passport, or SSN in order to get the item I had already paid for. So of course I opened up a paypal dispute, and the person at okaygoods responded with hostility and antagonized me via email with several messages. DO NOT do business with this sketchy operation. I did some browsing around, and MmoGah is a much better option if you're looking to buy ingame stuff. Seriously, avoid these sketchy frauds at okaygoods.

I purchased from this website and was told there would be a 5-10 minute delivery, 10 hours later still no content. So I contacted them informing them that I hadn't received my purchase, later they replied that they were short on stock. If that was the case why would they sell it to me? I then was told that I would get a refund but they weren't able to refund me at that time so told me to contact them hours later. No time frame just, "hours later." Following was messages from myself asking for a refund that were left ignored. They essentially stole from me. If you're reading this, make sure you, your friends, your family anyone you know, do not use this website.

Very bad experience and still waiting my refund! I purchased their product and they told me that the item is not available. They should do the refund within 24 hours. I contacted them through out 3 days and they always saying they will do the refund later for any stupid excuse. Which I still never ever get my refund! They are bad and they have multiple different websites which they operate with the same people. Now the new ones called mmoko and thesafesafe.com, be aware of these scam websites.

Recently I paid for two accounts from OKAYGOODS.COM in the game RuneScape old school that were advertised with a delivery of account information within 20 minutes. Following the site's directions after payment I contacted customer service to verify payment and get my accounts. This is where they get you. They started by saying the accounts were not theirs and that I had to wait on the user that owned the accounts to get online was told it would be minutes or hours until this happened. 14 hours passed with no correspondence and when I contacted customer service again they were very passive in saying things like "soon" and dancing around answering any real questions with responses taking anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes. After it became evident they were planning on keeping my money and me giving up at getting it back, I decided to mention the BBB. As soon as the BBB was mentioned the refund was issued within 30 seconds. Moral of the story, $#*! THESE GUYS!
