Nurse Mates

I had a pair of nurse mate shoes given to me at one point. They lasted me 3 years. No rips or tears. Most comfortable pair of shoes I ever worked in! So when it was time to but new shoes, I figured nursemate was the way to go! I ordered in February, and waited a month before I got them. I want to upset about that, because it was during COVID, and the mail system was behind. I spent 105$ only for them to tear up in 4 months! Nursemate lost my recommendation to people, and business.

I ordered a pair of nursing shoes. Waited a week for them to arrive. Only to get home to find a have someone else shoes. Customers service knew of the era the day before. I did not receive a phone call nor email. The other party involved called them to report the era. So i called customer service. They admitted if was their mistake. Wanted me charge my credit card again for anther pair of shoes and once i returned the wrong pair, they would refund my money. Oh and i had to pay for shipping those wrong shoes back. Not happening on my watch. Poor Service all the way round.
