Terrible! I was trying to see the 2 goals scored in the second period, but I could not rewind past the commercials. THEN the commentators between periods only show the maple leafs first 2 goals and NOT the bruins last 2 goals! I mean this is a Boston station! Who cares about the Toronto goals? I want to see the BRUINS! Common sense please!

I'm sorry but for $34.99 for an app just so I can watch Brings hockey is absurd. Most apps are $12-15.99 a month. Give me a break, John Henry you're ripping fans off with these price's. You need your fans to keep you in business! Stop charging for mediocre app!
I couldn't pay online via my credit card. It was telling me the expiration date was wrong, which it was not. Then the page reloaded and said sorry for the error and to call customer service. I did just that hoping to pay for my new subscription over the phone only to find out that they can't take payments over the phone because they don't have the right phone system. You're joking right? A massive company that serves New England sports fans cant take payments when I call? What are you even going to help me with. The woman was pushy and unrelenting so I just hung up. I don't need an attitude from a stranger.
This site is absolutely polished with ads on top of ads, and many of them are distasteful and suggestive. They have also started making users sign up for an account so they can accumulate our information in order to use many of the site's features. I like the content, but the Red Sox and Bruins' ownership run the site and it couldn't be clearer that the site operates solely for profit at the expense of their fans.
Constantly have to sign in and out to try and watch a game. Site navigation is piss poor. I've contacted customer service which has been no help at all. Totally incompetent.
I have litle experience about that skills which help me in various way. Many activities make our progress and we dont even realize it
Have been a Sox, Bruins, Pats & Celts fan for over 60 yrs. Heard the best K. Coleman etc. D. Obrien is the worst. Every freakin game he has to ruin the game. I have never heard someone say the same thing over and over again for 3 innings in a row. Also another announcer will come up with a good cliché and he steals it as his own and uses it until its worn out. And he's always throwing shots... once again tonight he does it again about the all star voting, about Georgia/ Chicago... SPORTS HAS BEEN RUINED BY POLITICS! Also inning after inning talking about the opposing team/ other teams EVERYTHING ELSE INSTEAD OF THE RED SOX BATTER THATS AT THE PLATE. I miss Don Orsillo so much and almost HATE watching the games. When I was in New England, I could turn the volume off and listen to Joe Castiglione on the radio... but that radio station doesn't play in Arizona... I have complained over and over again and he just keeps azzholing along...
Oh well Maybe after being a loyal fan, RSN Founding member, Monster member etc. it's time for a change...
