Not recommended!

I ordered $100 worth of product from this company and a month later have still not received it. They are blaming the courier and refusing to refund my money. Now I don't need the product any more and the claim to still be chasing down the issue with THEIR delivery partner. This company get a ZERO out of 10 for customer experience! Stay clear is what I suggest!

I bought strawberry cereal that had no strawberries. It was keto, very expensive, and I bought several. The customer service people tried to tell me that the strawberries had settled to the bottom or that I just didn't see them. I've purchased this many times before from other retailers so I know what it's supposed to look and taste like. When I asked for a store credit they continued to try and gaslight me, even when I sent photos. Then they said I can send back unopened product for potential refund - but you can't see into the packaging to know before opening.
Two stars since I've had previous positive experiences but I won't be shopping there again. This item was Carbonaut and was on sale which leads me to believe they might be purchasing defective product and knowingly selling it at full price.

Bad service

They shipped 6 bottles of Matteo's Lavender Syrup that all expire within 2 months, and bragged about the excellent job they did because their policy guarantees they will not ship if it expires within one month. They shipped it across the country. They suggested that products are still consumable after the expiration date and that they did not like my ""tone"" and are saving all my voice message and emails to submit to their legal team because I asked if they are nuts doing that? And let them know this is like dollar store goods. I also informed them that I will sue if anyone in my household get sick from it, and I said I will leave unfavourable reviews for them everywhere to which they said any act of public defamation will also be passed on to their legal team and if I try starting a credit card reversal they will have to direct whomever to the return policy. When they have someones information how difficult is it email or phone call to say that expiry date to confirm iif that quantity is still wanted but no because they already have the money and they don't care. I will be seeking legal advice on this, It isn't right to treat people like this and this is not a good transaction whatsoever. I will also be reporting them to The Better Business Bureau, hope that helps the next unsuspecting consumer.

When I received my box I was very pleased with how things were packaged. I ordered chocolate bars, which were wrapped and had a cold pack with them. The jar was wrapped and everything was secure in the box.

Having previously familiarized yourself with the content that combined the useful substances of the Goodles Noodles product for the first trial version. The taste was pleasantly surprising, but it is better not to keep it on the fire for a long time so that it is not boiled. I think that I will buy in the future. I will follow the recipes of healthy dishes according to the ancient principle and saying of Hippocrates, "What you eat should be your medicine."

Unacceptable product expiry dates.

I ordered a number of products from this company. Some of these products were canned goods. The expiration date on the canned goods was only about 1.5 months away. As I bought multiple of this product a 1.5 month shelf life is unacceptable and would never have purchased them had I known this to be the case. The company responded that as long as the expiration date is at least 1 month away, this is totally acceptable to them. I view it to be totally unacceptable to ship canned goods with only 1.5 months left before the expiry date. I subsequently searched their web site and found no mention of this policy. All consumers should be aware of this policy. I will not be ordering from this company again because I can not rely upon the expiration date of the product I receive.

Happy happy camper!

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you! My grand daughter received 8 bags of white chocolate chipits yesterday and was extremely excited, it is like an early xmas day for her. Eva has nuts and dairy allergies and having found your products means the world to us. She is a very happy camper and has so much baking ahead of her. She is now planning her xmas baking galore,

Natura Market notified me that they are refusing to serve my household ever again since I wouldn't change my online review. I have continued to give business to Natura Market in hopes that service would improve. I made an order the other day, and then received an email from customer service asking me to change my online review about receiving multiple products that were old stock and that were expiring within one week and two weeks. I told them that I would be happy to consider doing so in the future if my experience improved in the future, and in the meantime I will still give them a chance to do better and keep being a loyal customer. Customer service emailed me back to notify me that they will not accept my business any longer, or the business of anyone in my household ever again. They tried to strong arm a customer into making a false review and threatened to stop services. That is quite abrupt, and not very good business sense, considering I have been a loyal customer sine June 2020 spending a grand total of $3,261.34 at Natura Market. After all this, I still decided to give them another chance and asked them if they are sure that they would like to lose the future revenue from myself, family, friends and acquaintances, but there was no word back. I even reached out directly to two of the company owners. My review is always the truth, and I will not be strong armed or coerced into lying about my experience. If they do not want my business, I will gladly spend my future thousands of dollars elsewhere.

Living in a smaller province and area of Canada, locally sourced options for eating healthy are not always available, even seasonally. This online option fills that gap, provides an alternative to Amazon, and when the package arrives, it is evident that the staff take pride in what they do! Highly recommend them.

Do not order anything from these crooks!

Decided to treat my wife with her favourite salt spice. Sabatino Tartufi Seasoning Truffle Zest, 50g
Price was right, everything else wrong!
Just be aware that their policies:
1.we guarantee that we will not ship any product with less than 30 days remaining before its best before date, with the exception of chips, puffs, cookies and crackers that will be shipped out with no less than 15 days remaining.
SO EAT THEM FAST! Unfortunately I ordered is 3 bottles of the same spice without being aware of their policy (they were expiring in 40 days on the day of the delivery). 3 bottles of spice may last me 3 years. Second part is icing on a cake regarding subtraction of return shipping and original shipping cost of the items.

2.If your order is returned to us for any of the following reasons we will refund your payment method for the product returned (HERE COMES THE CATCH lol!) minus the original shipping fees and any additional fees incurred to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling).

Bad costumer service too! Crooks at best. Just order from somewhere else.

Poor customer service

I ordered a large order of groceries through Natura Market. I received someone else's order instead. Instead of getting my refund or shipping me my actual order, they made me package up the 'wrong order' and send back before they would refund me or send me my order. It's been a month from the day I made the order and I still haven't received my refund. I won't be shopping here again!

I have used this website and it offers a lot of good products especially for those who are health-concious. These products are high quality and delivered in perfect condition. For a person like me, where ordinary grocery stores don't offer select products that are sugar-free or health concious, this website is an amazing place to get these products. They have a wide variety and the products although healthy are DELICIOUS!

Very inflexible returns policy; I ordered the wrong kind - everything sealed in original packaging - and was unable to return anything.

The "social media specialist" for this company working their various platforms is an obnoxious little witch who should get off her broomstick and stop chasing away customers.

My wife has decided to take a diet mainly because she thought that she is fat, however it's not like that at all and I explaine her that all of the diets are useless if you wouldn't exercise and work out. She wanted to order some nutrition from specialized services in order to decrease the amount of consumable fats and carb per day and she found this website. I explored the assortment here and it seemed to me pretty good. We ordered here some nutrition and actually we have already got it. As for the quality, then there are no issues at all. The quality of nutrition here is awesome.

I got my package after 15 days. And I sent two emails, left a voice message after 10days no one responded. Even though they do have a variety of products for keto diet if you are ordering from vancouver area Please do consider you have wait more than 10days.

This company has impressed me so much. Only placed two orders so far, both well over $100.00, and the response and quality of products is awesome. My husband and I are Keto, our granddaughter is Celiac. We are so appreciative of a company where we can by Keto & GF products that make our lives so much easier. Thank you.
And yes, this is my own true experience and I have no connections to this company whatsoever, other than I will continue to buy from them.

Package was left on front porch and destroyed by squirrels. There was nothing to say when ordering that the package would just be left.
