They are scammers

How do I leave this company 0 stars? 1 star is far too kind and they don't deserve it. I wish I had seen all these reviews before buying anything from these people. All these bad reviews are spot on. Mylebaz takes your money right away when you place an order with NO intention of honoring the buyer/ seller contact for good business. What's worse is they have all these wordings on their site telling you how they won't refund you the full cost of your purchase. How they will take 30% for restocking fee. How can you restock a product that you never shipped? They do not respond to any emails you send. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this Fraud. I don't even think they are located in the States.

Do not waist your money!

I ordered from this company over 1 month ago and although they gave me tracking information the package was never sent. No communication on a refund or making it right! Terrible business.

Very nice watch and perform as advertised. I was hesitant in purchasing the watch because so many scams internet scams are out there. But this is a very good product and the company has really good customer service which is a plus for me.

The watch gives you good insights about your health. The battery lasts for around 5 days. I mainly wanted to use my watch for heart rate and step count. The watch shows accurate readings that really helped me keep a check on my health. It came along with a USB cable which is quite interesting and easy to use. I am very satisfied with my purchase and bought 2 more watches to gift my friends.

Never received my order, never received an order confirmation email, order number, nothing. No call back, no reply to emails. Had to file fraud charges with my credit card company. Next call is to the BBB and then to my states Attorney General to file a complaint. Do not buy from this company. If it even is a company, complete blackout after they charge your card. They get your money, you get nothing.

I cancelled an order that I received that took 5 weeks. I had already bought another item from Amazon. I emailed Lebaz twice for return info & got no response. I mailed to address on invoice & Fedex called& they can't deliver without a unit number. The robot vacuum I ordered was a piece of junk

Buyer beware
December 16, 2019

Took filing complaint with PayPal to get the item. They state they're in the usa, package came straight from china. To top it all you'll never be able to return anything. Return has to be initiated within 3 days, items on sale are not returnable. 99% of their items are on sale. Phone number out of service, no reply to numerous emails. My bad for not reading return policy, but at least I can warren other buyers.
This lesson cost me $50.
