Placed my order 5 days before our anniversary and it arrived in time! Not to mention, this was the only place that had the particular package I was looking for. It was on back order everywhere else including the manufacturer!
I purchased two of these strobes for my RC aircraft. They work perfect and assist with visibility at high altitudes. I am looking forward to purchasing more of these strobes. They are very convenient and rechargeable via mini USB. The strobes operate for a few hours under a single charge and can be switched from aircraft to aircraft. Multicopter Warehouse had them delivered to my door within a couple of days of purchase.
When I called the guy just said hello. I had to ask him if I had the right number. He wasn't very friendly and treated me like I didn't know what I called for. I'll be ordering from DJI or Amazon from this point forward.
I bought some accessories for a drone that I decided not to keep. I returned the accessories within Multicopter's return window. They were great to deal with. Solid return policies that they honor well. My refund came through quickly. I won't hesitate to do business with them again!
I talked to Kerry one of the owner's he is a great person. I told him I am having problems trying to figure out the RTK system he was on it within less than an hour with the receipt to send it back so that he can look at it that is one heck of a response. It's The best response I ever got from my drone dealer I think he is a great person and cares about his customers I am very lucky to a found Multicopter Warehouse. They are great Company and very loyal to their customers I am very impressed and I will do all my shopping there. Thank you again for your help.
Purchase was easy and smooth. Item arrived as advertised, maybe even better than advertised. I am waiting with anticipation for the new website go live and see what deals they have!
I was not given all the info. Things were left out on purpose so I did not get the product I was told. I get by but it is not what I was told I'm not say the product is bad just not all I was told. Was told I had zoom and thermal imaging on the pro II zoom was never told with thermal you could not zoom
It was my first purchase from this company and I ordered the dji mavic mini and it had a crack in the gimbal. They immediately replaced it, no questions asked, didn't accuse me of breaking it like I was expecting and I can't even say just how impressed I am with this company because there are so many places you can shop now but not many care about the customer. They do! Please support them if your into drones and other tech. I know I will be, they made me a lifetime customer in one purchase. Thank you multicopterwarehouse.
