I bought a cross body bag from MobStub about a month and a half ago. I already own the exact same one in a different colour and have had it for years. I bought the larger one and didn't use it, as I was saving it for a special trip to England. I took the bag with me (the only bag I took with me) and the largest pocket (where I kept our passports and all's zipper broke. I wrote a very nice email to Mobstub explaining the circumstances and they send me back their standard "we can only accept returns for 30 days." Now every instance has a way to be handled correctly. I do shop on MobStub, so this wasn't a one shot deal. The zipper was obviously defective and they would not, I mean would not, work with me! I'm very disappointed and will tell my friends and family. Too bad I work in show-business!
On Nov. 12 I made a purchase from you through Modern Tech Sphere and never received it. How do I get my money back? $158.94!
I received the crossbody purse. I am very pleased. I purchased the standard size. I like how many zippered pockets it has. On front and back. And one of the pockets has several card holders.
Ordered large shoulder bag, but received a small instead. Have been trying to return it ever since. The "No Hassle Return" is absolutely untrue. The bag was supposed to cost $19.00. By the time they added shipping the cost was bumped up to $35.67. Do not, please do not order from this company. Donate the money to charity instead. Because if you order and pay this absolutely SKAM company, you will never see your money again. Lesson well learned about face book purchases, cost $35.67.
I received my canvas bag on 9/8/22. There was a broken snap when I received the bag and then the next day, the shoulder strap broke. I have sent two messages with no response so I consider this very poor customer service. I love the bag and all I wanted was a replacement!
I recently ordered a 3 pack of bras, which when received, were entirely too small, even though i ordered according to their size chart. After requesting an RA, I was informed it's one of the items that couldn't be returned because the package was opened. It's not like I'm trying to return under panties. So much for their easy return policy.
The items that I purchased as a "deal" is also sold on Amazon for less as its REGULAR price. Don't be fooled. You should shop around before you use this site. When I realized I was paying more... I tried to cancel. They won't let you. They will let you pay more money in shipping if they deem it returnable.

I contacted them through the form provided on their website and have not heard from them. I just found a phone number for them and unfortunately all the voicemail greeting does is refer you back to the website. Ugh! I GOT TAKEN!

I was so disappointed to receive a pair of earrings that were supposed to measure 8 ct total. They arrived and I was lucky if it was 1 ct. Total. I returned them 2 months ago and finally received a letter saying that if I wanted my money refunded, I would have to pay an 18% restocking fee. I wrote back and said I do not agree with this as they misrepresented their product. Today, they sent a letter, repeating their policy and are charging me the restocking fee. I will never buy another product from them no matter how good the deal looks. Unfortunately, I never took a photo before I returned them as I did not anticipate such a hassle.

Did not do my home work and checked true reviews again... ordered the 2 pack of cotton chino shorts about 10-12 days ago and it took about a week when I got my order confirmation and tracking number. Been checking my order and till this day it says "order has Been prepped and waiting for ups to pick up'! W, t, f,! I dont know when is the delivery date is nor do i even know if ups has picked it up as of yet? Most likely ‘I'm positive that one day i in the future i will get it and tracking will still say the same thing! I been through this before its just bad business... the worst part is that I contact them and haven had a response! They just take you money and thats it! You pay to be in the dark ill never place another order with this sad company or recommend it to anyone els!
Since June 5 I have been waiting for delivery of postage stamps that I purchased. Every week I contact them because my tracking number does not exist. I've asked them to refund my money and they sent me a document telling me I needed to complete it confirming that I am telling the truth that I have not received my shipment. That is like calling me a liar. I have better things to do than to contact them every day regarding a $52 order. I've contacted PayPal since my order was purchased through PayPal And they are going to follow up. My recommendation is do not use this company. I do believe they are fraud and if I knew that they were coming from out of the country I would not have ordered them. Please beware of this company.
I ordered the black and a dark brown genuine leather three zipper bag. I'm not sure all the trim is leather but it's possible the bags are. Though they have a very moldy and plasticky smell. The plastic smell could be finish. I received them but there is a large pouch that sticks out in the front. The colors were not good. The black was not rich and the brown was medium, not dark brown. It was very unattractive. All of the details were large and rough. The Plus size pouch had more room and the interior space was impressive (10" length to hold a large 9" wallet and a host of other items) but was still more unattractive. Boxy, rectangular shape. I ordered a 2 zip more rounded crossbody from them, thinking it was more attractive. Again the shipping was very quick but they sent the wrong color, so I can't use it at all with anything in my wardrobe. They were supposed to send a Sand color, and I got metallic spray gold. I've heard many complaints of people not getting refunds from them so I don't think I will try to return it. I'm not being mean spirited when I say this but I plan to donate it to a charity for homeless streetwalkers, since I would have appreciated it when I was on the street, and only then. They sell things like this for $5 on WalMart clearance every day, It was not even real leather and it cost $35, much more than the other $17 bags that turned into $20 bags in my cart. It's not true that the special offer price does not time out. It does not expire. However, it does time out and they charge you a higher price once the clock ends. So if you haven't decided on which color you want once the clock stops what you have to do is go back to the original listing for the item and click on it again and the clock will start over. When I tried to check out with the $17 special. The cart did charge me $20 after the timer ran out. Very scammy. I would never order anything from them again.

Ordered the 400 Classic hand held game in red for $20 from Mobstub in mid December. It was going to be a gift for my 8 yr old son from his grandma. Because they had covid over Christmas our Christmas get together was postponed until Jan 17. My son opened this game box, played on it for 2 min. Before the screen went white. Instructions said if screen goes white maybe your battery needs to be charged, so we charged it overnight and still have just a white screen. I Messaged mobstub who said there is nothing they can do since it is past 30 days. Note to buyers, I guess you need to make sure the product works before you wrap it up and save for a gift.

Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
