Terrible sevice and products

It took weeks for the to return emails when asking for a return. Products were terrible quality. Then it took weeks for them to process return which was less than half of what I was owed. Rude customer service and very poor quality products. BUYER BEWARE

I too am dissatisfied

I too am dissatisfied. I ordered the Silhouette Designer edition. I received an email stating how to retrieve my download. I followed the instructions but there is no download. I have asked them to cancel and they damn well better not charge my card or I will stop the transaction from going through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.
