I came upon this dating app via FB and out of curiosity decided to test it out. After testing it out for a while, I decided it wasn't for me, but it doesn't mean that it can't work for others. I found it too basic and without enough guardrails to ensure you were talking to real people. The giveaway was the huge number of people supposedly looking in my neighborhood. I don't think there are even than many in total. I do want to recognize Katie on the customer support team who helped me cancel without any hassle. My interaction with her was quick, professional and satisfying.
I found that charges were added to my account when I had no intention of requesting anything but when I would try to exit pages I would be told that I had just signed up for something accruing a charge. I protested and in the end the charges were reversed.

Not quite sure, as the individual on the picture is actually the true individual. One moment you get a picture of someone. It just has that quality that it actually is supportive in the picture that they're saying, remember then you'll get other ones that look like they're movie pictures. I noticed that every chat asked similar questions, and then started looking more carefully - absolutely no spelling mistakes, and no capitalization on any sentences. I asked a couple of them to make intentional spelling mistakes, and it doesn't seem the bot can comply! I guess they might re-program the bots to avoid these glaring giveaways, which will make it impossible to tell. At first I was so convinced they couldn't be bots because they knew so much about the local area, but clearly AI is rapidly improving. What a waste of money. Perhaps there are a few real women on the site, but I haven't managed to find any yet!

I took out a months subscription £36, give it a go while browsing your site I touched something and was straight away charged £47 for credits I was all ready a premium member I emailed straight away they refused to refund me saying best they can do was £38 later on I was again looking and trying navigate site was charged another £47 and then 2 lots of £71 which I never agreed to also my bank has said you've taken £59 now they stopped all payments tonight I go online to answer messages I cant
