They are scam. I never received my order nor they refunded my money. They don't reply to mails nor phone calls. They are cheat. Never use the site. I have used many companies of different company but never came across like such a fraud company. I would have given them negative rating if possible.

I have ordered a lenga from Maple fashions. My lenga has not arrived and it has been over a month. They have taken my money and not bothered to delivery the goods. The customer service is non existent. Lies are told when they do pick up the calls. Now they have not bothered to pick up answers my calls or even reply back on messenger. Order *******
I ordered a floral print lengha as per the image they advertised on their site, they sent me something completely different, it was supposed to be pastel print instead sent me a disgusting cheap version with bright colours, absolutely disgraceful. The lengha is horrible, it is made poorly with threads coming out, they have stuck patches of flowers on their, the iron on ones, the whole thing is a shamble. Really dissapointed, I want my money back!

Please do not purchase any items from this website. I paid so much money and they mentioned it was readily available but I hear no details after the money was debited.
My order id *******. They are fraudsters. No one answers the phone number they provided and no communication through emails as well. Please avoid buying from such websites. I have to block my card now because of this.
I ordered a stitched saree back in August. It arrived very soon after ordering but the zip was broken on the blouse and the saree was not stitched. When I complained to them about this and sent photos they told me that the advertised product had two different styles for the saree and because they didn't know what style to do they did not stitch the saree. They made me pay for this work though and made no attempt to confirm with me the style of stitch I wanted my saree to be made. I requested a refund via paypal as maple fashions started to ignore my requests that they fix this problem. It took two months to get my money back, in part because of paypal and because of maple fashion's fraudulent practices. Maple fashions lie on their customs invoice (it makes exports cheaper for them, but they charge you retail export costs so they get more money from you), so the details I used were wrong and it means that if you have to send something back it may get stuck in Indian customs. My returned item is stuck in customs and I have asked maple fashions repeatedly to collect this package but they are ignoring me.
Use this company at your own risk, use a payment type which offers buyer protection and pray they haven't got your order wrong because when maple fashions get something wrong they ignore you.

I ordered an outfit shown as a long dress, I have it posted to my brother in India as I go every year. My niece sent me photos and the long dress is not a long dress, be aware, the advertising is not as shown. I am very disappointed. I have sent messages via email to their customer support and have not received a satisfactory reply. Very very misleading! The customer support does not answer specific questions, they just keep repeating their standard" it is all described on our website" I will not be shopping form here again
I ordered 2 dresses from this site. It took them three months from the date of order to ship one dress. The quality is subpar at best. The lace is scratchy and the stitching was shoddy. The second dress that I had ordered, they said that it was out of stock. I got emailed two months saying "please order another dress of similar value and that's the least that we can do." I decided to give them another chance and picked out another dress. I gave them my measurements and asked them to ship as soon as possible. The second dress arrived with a broken side zipper, uneven stitching on the bottom of the dress so it looks lopsided and seams coming out of everywhere. They also didn't give me the bottom to the piece as they advertised. Bottom line is, if you want to throw away your money for nothing, then this is the best place to do so. These people pretend to have great customer service but stop responding the minute you actually email them to fix the issues.
