They scammed me - they will take your credit card number and never send you the merchandise. I ordered small Chinese take-out boxes as favor boxes for my daughter's wedding. Never received them, couldn't get a warm body on the phone, they didn't return emails/messages. Don't be fooled by this company!
On October 6,2009 I ordered place cards holders for an event on October 24,2009. I received a email confirmation of the order, and my credit card was charged. After 2 weeks I had not received the order, so I called AND emailed several times over the course of a week, and NEVER received a response. Needless to say, I never received my order, and had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. In my event planning expereience, this is the WORST customer service EVER!
