Extremely unsatisfied with this online store. Not only did they "pack" my order in such a way that it obviously arrived shattered and broken. When I asked to get it replaced they sent me a refund instead expecting me to pay for a new shipping!

I asked the customer support once again to send me a replacement instead and they denied it - while at the same time they had reserved and charged my card with the same amount they "refunded" me. Why should I as a customer have to pay for the additional shipping when they are the ones that couldn't even pack an order in a proper way? Nobody in their right mind would expect the item to arrive intact. Extremely unprofessionally done both at shipping and handling the matter. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this store!

I ordered 2 New and Sealed Sun&Moon Base set boxes, one arrived with half of the sealed gone. I immediately contacted the website with pictures showing the state of the box and they asked me to pay for the return! This despite I was simply asking for an exchange, not even a refund.

They replied understating the state of the box while they had the pictures of it clearly showing half of the sealing was gone, not a small hole, not even part of it. Half of it!

I could not even say if the box was opened or not. Potentially with booster packs weighted given this website also sell individual cards.

On top of the fact their prices are not particularly competitive they are dishonest people trying to screw their customers.

Stay away!
